I have Curly/wavy hair so a lot of people don't know how to cut my hair, but she has no problem cutting & styling it. I have strayed away from her a couple times, but it was the biggest mistake I've ever made. She not only gives me excellent cuts, but she also does excellent color and brow waxing. If you are looking into going there please ask for Windy & tell her you saw my review on here. I have done my hair several times at home and messed it up, but she is always happy to fix it for me. I called No Loose Ends since i had been there years ago and was told if i could make it by 3:45 pm Tiffany would look at my hair and help me. When i arrived i showed her my hair and the reference picture of what it should look like. Long, layered, and curly. I sat into her chair and assumed she was blending the layers. Another stylist who had been apart if the conversation would say oh that is looking better you will have layers now. When i was told to look at my after hair as i turned i could not believe my eyes! My hair was no longer to my waist with layers it was to mu shoulders straight across with no layers. I was in shock paid her and burst into tears and have been for the past 2 days. I contacted the shop after i could focus and try to discuss that this was not what i wanted and Tiffany told me she straightened out someone elses mess up and she fixed it. I asked for a refund and she very rudely said she gives no refunds and stands behind her work. I am yet again in shock. Pictures will be attached on Google reviews so no other undeserving person get their hair ruined by this unprofessional, rude, individual.
