Extremely dissatisfied with my service from a man name Phanny Chheng. I have gotten insurance with them previously and instead of the outrageous $300 broker charge the employee was always able to lower that fee for me. This guy was not willing to do anything other than try to change my policy! He definitely made it sure I wouldn't come back and would never recommend them to anyone!!! PLUS I found insurance through AAA that was cheaper monthly, less of a down payment, with better coverage, and their roadside!! Compared to the bogus insurance he was trying to give me!!! Stay far away, it may seem good at first because they shop for you, but if you shop yourself online you will save yourself way more money & get way better service!!!! Recommendation to this company: Teach your employees how to save the customer and that relationship, especially customers who've been with you guy's already. THEY ARE NOT INSURANCE COMPANY!!!! DON'T BE FOOLED!! Why are they still in business?? Do Not go with this insurance company!!!!! I got a car and I was going to go with another more reputable insurance company but my dumbass went with them cuz of a third party suggested. First we've WAITED 3 fucking hrs at the dealers because after they TOOK OUR MONEY they didnt send my confirmation over. BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SEND FAX AND DIDNT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT IT!!! I called them 5 times in that 3 hrs and every time it's an excuse. Why can't they call me back when here's a problem?? Oh wait, cuz they already got the money why would they care. Then they LIED about how much money I would be paying. I was told on the phone it would be $165 every month and I have to pay first and last month first. Ok, kinda weird for insurance company to do this but I went along with it. But they took out $440 within the first month!!! What?!! I felt something is wrong so I cancelled it. Then I was told there would be no refund!!!! WAIT A SECOND didn't I pay for FIRST AND LAST MONTH?? Why isn't there a refund??? Then the insurance company told me that I was charged $191 to them for the insurance and a $250 BROKER FEE!!!! What the fuck???!! I have never agreed to any broker fee!! WARNING!!! PLEASE DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE MISLEADING, SCAMMERS AND CHARGE YOU EVERYTHING THEY POSSIBLY CAN!!! I chose to get this insurance to try to save a little money and I COMPLETELY REGRET IT!!! First off, I called over the phone to get a quote and I was told it was going to be $70, but then when I got to the office, he told me the best he could do was $165 which was a tiny bit cheaper then what I previously had so I reluctantly went ahead with it. Then he told me to start the policy it was $465 which would be part of the 6 months of insurance. Turns out, this was a NON-REFUNDABLE broker fee, NOT PART OF MY PREMIUM. He had me there for over 2 hours so as he was going through the policy I trusted him to tell me what each paragraph stated so I didn't have to read through this book of a policy and he misled me to initial where it says I agreed to pay the non-refundable broker fee ($465). The next day I had a feeling to cancel with Cost u less so I went back in and that's when I found out my $465 was gone forever and the explanation given was the broker fee is for their great customer service and so that you don't have to handle anything with insurance companies, that they would take care of all that. TOTAL LIE! On top of that, the next month when my payment was supposed to come out of checking, the guy entered my bank information in wrong so the insurance charged me for his mistake. I went back and he told me he could me a better rate with another company and DID NOT cancel the other insurance like he said he would so now I'm being charged $165 for a month of insurance I supposedly received when the broker was supposed to cancel. I go back again only to find out that, that guy and the manager quit to open their own insurance so nobody knew what was going on. I was told 4 times that someone would take care of the situation only to receive a letter from the insurance company that if I didn't pay immediately they would send me to collection! So again, no one did their job. I received an email from the broker and manager that quit because they saved my email and sent me a message saying I no longer have insurance (but I did) so to give them a call to start a new policy. Every time I went in, the manager was never there to talk to so I finally cancelled insurance with them. I had already paid for a full month and only used 2 weeks of it only to receive ANOTHER bill for canceling the policy. I called corporate to see what could be done about this and he got smart with me and basically argued with me so that got me nowhere! I told him, "Okay, thank you very much for nothing!". Point is, I DO NOT WANT ANOTHER PERSON TO GO THROUGH WITH THIS SO PLEASE DO NOT GET INSURANCE WITH THEM!!! Absolute worst experience of my life! If I could give them negative stars, I would! Oh and BEWARE also that if you get into a wreck in the first 60 days, your deductible is triple!!! PAY A LITTLE MORE AND GET QUALITY INSURANCE!!! read more
