Called the insurance company to file a claim, was assured an adjuster would be in contact within 24 hrs, and here it is 6 DAYS later, no contact, by phone or email, no adjuster came to the house....nothing! If my husband hadn't been able to stop the water from spraying all over, my entire house would now be flooded, still no Allstate! I get it they are dealing with lots of imminent issues in this state, but the agent in MY area who sold me MY policy should be taking care of his people. This is unacceptable, I pay for this coverage, and am not getting the service I was promised. I will not be renewing my policy when it comes up next.
