It was my first time getting insurance,my thoughts were this is going to be expensive,stressful, and difficult,but Elvia alleviated all those problems. It was a pretty quick process. She did all the work and gave me so many options and directed me to the ones that best fit my needs,which completely wiped away the difficulty of the process.The cost of the down payment seemed a bit expensive at first and may I say added some stress, because I needed insurance asap. Right when I thought I wasn't going to be able to get it, she made it aware to me that there was a split payment plan which made it so much more affordable and way less stressful especially considering the holidays. Not only are the staff unqualified and ignorant of CA DMV laws, but they inflate the premiums with the promise of reducing them once you have the documents they are looking for only to be asked for more documents to acquire the lower rate. What a scam. Actually AAA and State Farm have lower rates in so much as the down payment and monthly premiums. read more
