Brown Sugar is the only place on Ricky High Street that does fresh juices example would be a Ginger, Carrot and Apple juice and other varieties as well and is charged at £3:50. I've always enjoyed their juices but the last time I had it I was left with too much pulp/froth left over, which I then later on had to chuck away. What really put me off this place is the Ice Maiden that is in charge! Her attitude is always off every time, but funny enough her staff are pleasant and friendly.

The hot chocolate was okay, I thought the presentation could of been better though. Customer service when presented with my sandwich was with a smile, a shame that was not the case when ordering my drink but he was professional all the same. Because it's small, you feel you can hear the other customer's conversations. You get a lot yummy mums in their having a chin wag. The decor is pretty dark, and the the only natural light you get is the entrance and the main big windows which was were I was sitting as it was a bar stool seating. I'm not saying I won't come here again considering they are the only option on that road- I do want to try their coffee and cake next time.

Although there's nothing that really stands out about this place, the food isn't bad, there are a variety of drink options (including smoothies) and it fits a student's budget. If you're really in the mood for a baked potato, I recommend this place. I only wish the skin was a little more crispy and well done.
