I have a car wash back home that I frequent, but this place puts them to shame. We had to wait a little bit, but it was worth it. They pretreated it, hand washed it, scrubbed everything down very well. And then ran it through the machine wash. After the machine wash, they offered a detailed dry and hand wax. I will say Alan deserves a huge thank you for patiently listening to my complaint re: my EYE EXAM and lens's. He told me what options were available and we decided on what seemed the best choice. Called to fill my tank for the year, it will last me two years. I was told it would be a week to 10 days to get me on the schedule. I told them the tank is behind a locked gate and I have large dogs, so I had to be present. They said they would call me the day before to let me know when they were coming. Well, they didn't. They showed up a couple days after my call while I was at work. They went through a gate on the opposite side of the house so that they would have to navigate 2 additional gates because of the dogs. Luckily the dogs were in the house. They then had to open another gate to do the fill. When they left 2 gates were unlatched and one completely open. This could have been a disaster. Since I wasn't home when they came I couldn't have them relight my pilot light on my heat stove. I can't do it myself. Then they wanted to charge me fee for a second trip out to light it. It is still unlit. If I had other options I would certainly use them.
