Super fast any time I go HOWEVER it's more expensive than even other locations. Sam's Club seems to be more convenient especially being able to use the app to pay and go making things much easier. The staff is helpful is needed and always monitoring to keep the flow going. read more

The price is the best in SoCal. The gasoline doesn't clog up the engine and I hear that it comes from good refineries. The pumps are easy to use If help is needed there are attendants on the site. We regularly shop at both Costco and Sam's club and find both fuel stations to be fairly equal in terms of pricing and ease of getting in and out quickly . This Costco in Lake Elsinore is somewhat less preferable than the Temecula location due to having fewer pumps and no diesel as at Temecula. read more

Would give it a 3.5... the supervisor aren't much help when it comes to little situations... I was asking 2 supervisor for help and they looked at me and ignored me. Their job should be more meaningful rather than standing and blowing customers away. I didn't get their names but what I can say was that one was bald and somewhat tall and the other just look like a pug with dark black hair. Good gasoline place. Prices are fair and much less when compared to neighboring gas stations. Usually about 10-15 cents cheaper. However I just cannot stand the long lines to get gas. I hope Costco comes up with a better solution on getting drivers in and out more efficiently. I get annoyed at drivers not paying attention and parking so far away that people trying to get in get stuck in the middle of the intersection. Good thing is that no matter which line you choose there are long hoses to reach the gas tank. read more

Gas here is always cheaper than other gas stations. I've even gone down to San Diego to the gas stations on base and those prices are slightly higher, say whaaaat?! Anyway, hit or miss with the lines here, but if you don't mind the wait, it's worth it. Quality gas without the premium prices. Gotta love it! I will say, though, that I hope this Elsinore location steps it up soon and adds a third pump to all aisles like Temecula. This is one of my favorite Costco gasoline stations, located just off the I-15 at Central Avenue / CA74. Access to the pumps is easy, although there are still only two pumps per lane. It is a great stop on the trip up to LA County on the I-15. read more

You can count on Costco for competitive gas pricing. This is an easy-off-the-freeway location, and I cannot remember ever having to wait in lines. I also appreciate that there are other businesses nearby, so I can get more things accomplished while in the area. Costco gas is one of the lowest priced stations in the area. The gas lines can be long, so avoid weekends if possible. One good tip is the hoses are long and can go all the way around the other side of your car. So go to any open spot. It is best to go early or late in the day to avoid the lines. read more

Despite the fact that the gas prices are climbing up due to the recent explosion from the oil refinery in Torrance, but rest assure that you will always pump the same quality of gasoline from Costco for less. Not my first time filling up the gas at this Costco location, but today is my first review regarding this location. Although I have filled up my tank at other Costco locations, but this location has an extra edge over the other Costco locations. That extra is that this location pumps fairly faster than others. In the end, the consumers will save x amount of money at Costco gas, minimum $1 per 10 gallons if my calculation is correct. To be fair with other Costco locations that I had the privilege to conduct a review, I am still going to bring up this one point that I wish Costco would accept major credit cards for gas purchases and groceries shopping for that matter. But overall, service is great. I will bump up to 5 stars once Costco accepts credit cards. Until then, keep pumping everyone! read more

Easy in and easy out... My main draws to Costco for fuel are the cheap member prices and the fact that it's part of Costco... I am an admitted lifelong Costco junkie (Gold Star Member since 1991 when I was old enough to have my own card on the family account- haha!) and general fan of their business practices and CEO, so my love overflows into this sector of the company as well. There isn't a convenience store attached like your typical gas station, nor is there a maintenance/ mechanic shop attached, but the good news is you can get tires and other automotive products at great prices in the warehouse, cheap, hot snacks, fountain drinks, soft serve and churros on the go at the concession stand, and/or a flat of your favorite candy bars for only about three times the price of a single candy bar at your normal gas station if you just go inside the store... If you have a Costco membership (and all the cool kids do), you should definitely check out out! If you don't have a membership, what are you waiting for?? read more

Costco gas... is it ever a bad thing? I really enjoyed this one as it was quick in and out. I only had to wait about a minute till a pump was free. This was awesome for a Saturday afternoon with a full Costco! Gas here was $.30 cheaper than at the Arco AM/PM that was on the corner of the same plaza! Talk about awesome. Also dont forget that Costco gas is 10% ethanol. Not much else to say except that they had 5 islands with double pumps on each one so a total of 20 pumps available. I highly suggest stopping here if you need gas on the way to San Diego or Temecula or something like that. Cheap gas. Easy free acccess for those driving to LA. Parking lot better designed than some other Costco gas stations I have been to.

I like this location. On my weekend commutes back up to see my friends and family in West Covina I take the 15 Fwy up and sometimes I don't feel like waiting in line at the Poway location so if I have enough in the tank to make it an hour out of San Diego, then I'll go here for some gas. This Costco can be seen on the freeway but when you exit it's kinda tucked into this large plaza of other stores. But still very close to the freeway. I do enjoy the fact that on a late Saturday morning it's not crazy jam packed from what I've experienced each time I come here. Also, the fact that this is located in a large plaza with other stores is a plus if you're looking to do a quick errand and didn't feel like taking care of it in San Diego. Plus, this location is close to the Nike Outlet if you're looking to pick up something at the Lake Elsinore area. read more

I assumed gasoline at California stations would be the same price but I just learned from another member that there is a pretty wide difference in price depending on the City taxes. Example- Corona i 3.43, Elsinore was 3.79, Temecula was 3.47 be advised that the City taxes may cause a wide gap in your price per gallon. Elsinore is way higher than others. read more

What more can you say about Costco gas that most don't already know. Well today's gas prices at the lake Elsinore location are $2.09. The gas attendants are great. Rick & Stacy are always there to make conversation and help you in any way. Even when I don't feel like pumping my own gas lol. I can't remember the other guys name but he always has a joke or two to tell you to put a smile on your face. I was Having a good day hanging out with my two boys so I get out my car slide both my membership card and my Visa card so next I select the grade of gas then placed the nasal into the gas thank of my car. Then it all of a sudden the hose pop out of the handle and starts shooting gasoline all over me and then the attend working was so sweet and very helpful thank but I went in to talk to the manager John or jack all he told me is that we can dry clean them for u or give you A $50 Costco card then I had or drive home with a 7 & 15year old smelling all that gasoline .In my whole life I've never see this happen I am very DISAPPOINTED read more
