This is a great location to stop. Exit the 15 freeway at Nichols Road and head west. Hit Collier and turn left. Turn left at the first driveway. There is hardly ever major traffic near this AMPM. The only place near this gas station is the Outlet Center, but besides that the area is wide open. Inside the store is typically clean. The employees have always been nice and friendly. The store has normal AMPM inventory and a few local items. Lots of gas pumps to choose from and there's good spacing for all of the vehicles whether parking or filling up. They do have a tire inflation pump. read more

Had a terrible Interaction with this lady at the check out dyed blond hair heavy set build, I came In for gas and some road snacks and I was waiting in line I see the heavy set lady at the cash register helping another customer and as soon as she finished with the other customer she looked at me and her face tuned to this disgust like she's got a problem with me I don't know about. I presented the cashier with my cigarette coupon and she was very nasty and said only electronic coupons. I have been using cigarette coupons at this station for months. The coupons were sent to me from Marlboro. She kept rattling on I some form of broken English and I told her I couldn't understand her. I can appreciate people speaking Spanish, but in the US, you should be fluent in English. She was very nasty about it. I told her she should be more polite when she refuses someone and not be so nasty. I have been in this station multiple times a week for almost a year since I moved to this area. 1st I'll start out by saying that I've been a regular to this specific ampm for years and years. But recently I've been having issues with a fella who works at night time and for no good reason at all. I'm not a thief, never been a thief, sure as heck don't like being treated like a thief. Few weeks back my wife and I came in to get some food it was late at night we had the munchies. What ended up happening was an embarrassing scene with the young man working behind the counter ripping the food out of my wife's hand and demanding that she turned her pockets inside out. Well me being a man of pride, and knowing damn well that neither me nor my wife steal, I told him to cool his Jets and get back behind the counter because he was standing in front of us like he was about to grab us. The young man made it very wise decision that day and got back behind the counter. But not before he proceeded to berate us about this and that and who knows I think he was on drugs. Since that evening, her and I have reluctantly gone back to that AMPM but when we do it's the same old song and dance from this young man. I don't understand how he is still working here and has a job here? He's obscenely rude to everyone that I see. But most of all to me and my wife. I think the fine people that own AMPM or manage it need to take a severe look into this young man's behavior. Heck the first night he even charged us for something after calling us thieves, and then tried confiscating it saying that we already had one in our pockets to which I would not let go. Eventually he caved in because I told him he needed to check the cameras and he needed to do it now. So the boy did so and reluctantly gave us our donuts back. I don't know, but I'm telling the good people of Riverside county and the fine fine of standing people of lake Elsinore it is not worth stopping into this place it's just not. Every time my wife goes in there by herself he tries to intimidate her apparently. Neither I nor my wife are liars. And we definitely aren't thiefs. I really think it's a shame that we're both treated worse than liars and thieves when we step foot onto the property there at ampm. It's just gone to hell. My vehicle overheated so I pulled over and shut off my engine. My coolant level was low, so I went inside to buy some coolant. I can't start my engine and drive anywhere until I at least top off my coolant and see if there are any other cooling system problems. When I went to the cashier to pay, she said debit only. I have two perfectly good credit cards with lots of available credit on both of them. She would not take either of my credit cards. What kind of gas station in the United States of America refuses to accept two perfectly good credit cards from an American financial institution in the 21st century? Also, they don't sell premixed 50/50 coolant. you're supposed to mix their coolant with distilled water. They have tons of different kinds of drinking water, but they don't sell any distilled water at all. WTF?! So now I have to walk someplace else if I want to to find premixed coolant. Screw this place. They charge you a fee every time you use your debit card at Arco/AM PM. I just don't happen to have my debit card on me. read more

At around 20 cents MORE per gallon than the other ARCO about 2 miles away, the prices are a complete rip-off, the staff are basically illiterate and incompetent... don't know how to set their own pumps. They try to make you use your debit card. The manager is an idiot and the Bill Machines outside at the pumps no longer accept cash, graffiti is all over everything, broken screens at pumps, with sticky stuff and human detritus all over everything, it's a dirty mess. All you need is some homeless bums and meth addicts hanging out on the side and you have your "Lake Elsinore Dream Extreme" experience. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. read more
