I went to him because I had a referral from a friend who said he was a good doctor, I previously went to a doctor had steroids shots in my knee for pain, and it didn't help, so I went to Dr Levine said there was nothing wrong?? So why was in so much pain? He said don't know? His assistant at least drained my knee for a little relief, and his assistant helped and gave me more steroid shots to the knee, I waited a couple weeks still in pain. Dr Levine said well I'm going to refer you to someone else and see if they can do anything? I found another doctor who said I needed a knee replacement. So why didn't Dr Levine see this? I wouldn't go back to this office if you paid me. Also when I go to the doctors office I pay at the time of visit. They are telling me I didn't pay! Really? What do these people in the office do besides being rude and no help?

First off, to get through their phone system to talk to office staff is a nightmare. It takes so…read moremuch time & many prompts you have to guess which one will get me to a person. I spent alot of time trying to make sure they received the authorization the week before & 3 days before which I was told was still pending. Then the day before my appt i spent too much time again trying to confirm & get through to a person. My doctors office spoke w a woman in the Authorization dept the day before & confirmed it was approved & had the Authorization # & then I had to call back again because the canceled my appt. Now I have to reschedule the appointment again. After they canceled me I rescheduled and I was told I was all set! I did all the paperwork online confirmed the appointment and then I show up after drinking the prep and I'm not on the schedule. Not only that, they didn't even have a cat scan machine, they were getting one installed that day but still made my appointment. It doesn't make any sense to me. I am still waiting to get my cat scan, im in the waiting room over an hour & 1/2 after they told me to be here. Now im told they are with another patient. Im very upset!
