Having just moved to the Nashville area from NC, we were in desperate need of a grocery store run. I want to eat healthier so I figured buying bulk chicken and veggies at Costco would be the cheapest option compared to normal grocery stores. We visited at around 6:30pm on a Monday night and hardly anyone was there! We immediately snagged a front row parking spot and headed in. Sure, there were other people here but we weren't bumper to bumper with the carts. Everything was well stocked, the warehouse was clean, and everything was easy to find. Costco has gotten expensive and some things are definitely cheaper elsewhere. However, this made for a good run when the fridge and freezer were empty. Our cashier was very friendly and quick with our checkout. 10/10 would definitely go to Costco again after work on a weekday! read more

What's not to love about Costco?!? This location is new, so it's not as busy as some of the other Nashville-adjacent locations. This makes it less of a chore when navigating the store at peak hours or finding an employee to help locate an item. Occasionally (such as during holidays), it can get crowded. An executive membership card allows you store access at 9am instead of the normal 10am opening so you get an extra hour to compete with less shoppers! Avoiding weekends and early evenings helps too because there are less families present. The employees here are all so friendly. I think most of them were hand-selected from other established stores to help open the new location. If you're a commuter like me, you cannot beat Costco gas prices. You can save a dollar or two every time you fill up. If you fill weekly or more, it nearly covers the cost of a basic membership, so you pay yourself back if you also shop the deals in store. My favorite areas to browse are the snack options (frozen, refrigerated and shelf-stable), clothing items, household goods and of course the free samples! Always a hidden gem to find. read more

So happy to have a Costco near me. I have been a few times and love that we finally have one in this side of town. I was having to go to Brentwood or Murfreesboro, neither are close to me. I have tried the premade chicken taco meal, soo good. I love the green sauce that comes with it and I going out you can buy bottles of it, so I will be getting that my next trip. It is spicy. I feel like I am getting my moneys worth and there's always deals/promos going in as well. read more

I love visiting different Costcos in the USA and world. This one was close to where I was staying. The drive towards I-40 was not real crowded. It was easy to find and not super crowded. I went on a Saturday afternoon. They really didn't have anything special or out of the ordinary. I did see some Nashville Predator merchandise. I wished they had more local products. It was basic and pretty much standard Costco. read more

I enjoy visiting this Costco location. Even though I usually stop by on the weekend, there is usually good parking available and although the store is busy it is not overly crowded. The staff is friendly and I find they have a great selection of produce, deli, meats, and other products. We often end our trip with a visit to the snack bar where the options are so affordable that my husband and I can grab a quick lunch for under $5, and in this day and time that is a great perk. I'm glad that Costco opened up in Mt. Juliet. They are a great addition to the community. read more

I have been to this Costco a couple of times now, it's not the closest to me but I kind of wish it was. Better gas setup than most in a 50 mile radius, food court prepped to handle the needs of customers and a lot of space. The extra space is nice. I'm not sure how much more stuff they have than the other Costcos, I didn't spot anything but I'd bet they stock deeper. I dropped by here on opening weekend just to watch the spectacle. They handled it well. But it's Costco, and all of them are pretty great. read more

The pre-made meals at Costco have always been on point in my experience. I just tried the meatball sub and it was fantastic! As good or better than a good quality chain like Jersey Mike's or an Italian restaurant/pizza delivery company. I have had a Costco Membership for over 2 decades now & have shopped at Costcos all around the country. I have NEVER seen a Costco that has ZERO boxes for their members' large, quantity items like this store! It is utterly baffling! Most of us women who shop there don't have help when we get home carrying in all the items, so a box or two go a long way! I was even at the Costco in Maui just last week & guess what? They had PLENTY of boxes for their members! Don't know if this store gets rid of all of them after they stock shelves or what, but it's very frustrating! read more

If you go into Costco and AT&T offers you a Costco Shop Card to switch to AT&T, please be sure that you aren't switching just for the Shop Cards. Thankfully, I was switching my cellular provider anyway, so the Shop Cards were just an added bonus, because they don't work! However, it is a Costco issue and not an AT&T issue, so I would warn anyone against purchasing Costco Shop Cards for yourself or anyone else. I got in contact with Costco's lack of customer service department, and was told to try again the next time I was in the store. They acted as if I had tried to use them wrong, but then after a while told me they were aware of an issue with their app (I added them to my app). They then offered to apply it towards my membership, which I am not renewing. My membership expires next month, so needless to say, I am out $200 in Shop Cards. This has been my only issue with Costco, but when you basically tell a customer who spends over $500 a month in your store to "try again next time" when it comes to that much money, obviously you don't need the business anyway. read more
