They even have one that is super spicy. It's basically one price for hot, and you can choose as much meat, pork beef. What have you or you can go back and get a lot of the vegetables, they have noodles they have so many different traditional hot pot additives they even have spices so you can change the broth the way you want it and they have sauces that you can dip your meat in after you've cooked them in the pot, and many different varieties of those. Sadly, the museum is no longer in Ridgmar, there's a sign posted at their former location. I can tell this was once a thriving mall. I wish that it still was. The food court has 2 restaurants open. I saw 3 or 4 salons and at least 3 clothing boutiques open for business. And thankfully LensCrafters and JCPenney are in here still going strong. Most places accept Zelle/Venmo and some even credit cards, but it's always a good idea to bring cash just in case.
