We had a great time coming to Costco Wholesale! The prices were pretty good and we ended up eating dinner here! We got a strawberry soft serve, a slice of cheese pizza, and a hotdog. We ended up having almost $7 for everything! The service was very quick and employees nice. They also had samples of different snacks and drinks around the store. I purchased 2 TV's 65", 2 tv brackets, and installation for both TV's. Installers showed up and said that they were set up to install 1 tv. I looked at my receipt and showed the installers that I paid for 2 installation for 2 tv's. I call Angie and they directed me to Costco. I called Costco customer service and talked to a representative about my experience and the issue. The representative tried to downplay me from what I understood about what I was paying for. The way the information was written and what I paid for installation had me thinking that I was paying for 2 TV's installed. I didn't understand that pro was for professional was for 2 installers. The customer service representative told me also that I can for 1installer and hold the TV myself. I'll never buy an installment package again through Costco ever. Crazy busy Sunday at Costco. People everywhere. Lines halfway down the aisles. I FINALLy had just checked out and was returning my card to my wallet. "Mam, you need to move along". Literally 30 seconds of trying to replace my debit card,before rudely being told to move on by the male employee running around behind the checking. I moved on and stopped close to the hotdog stand where others were waiting with carts for hotdogs, I was waiting for my husband to come from the bathroom area. People everywhere in mass, and he approached me again and told me to head to the exit! I look around at people stopped all around me--I said "well me and everyone else in here!" Had I not already paid I would have left my cart. The place was insanely busy but he was focused on me--my husband had the car keys so I couldn't leave. The rudeness of this man and the employees in general is awful. Costco has lost a customer of many years but they probably do not care. read more

The savings on certain items are usually still good for the consumer. We don't have to have a full cart like most folks. The food court is good value and the hotdog and drink is cheap. A $1.50 and the hotdog is huge and really good. The gas prices is the best. The only thing that is lacking is some of the employees are not too friendly and management needs to address this to the group. read more

Can't seem to stay away from here. Great deals and huge quantities. Feels like the executive membership is a trap. Once you join you can't use the funds to renew for a regular membership. We didn't make that much back but we will see this year how we do. I don't like coming here too often because we usually spend a lot. What a great store. They are extra cautious squaring people to wear a masks, the obstacle department is affordable, they have a little bit of everything including the world's largest televisions!! (Maybe not really, but HUGE!) My husband needed some nicotine lozenges and they had exactly what we needed! $425 later, I left the store with a trunk full of chocolate for Christmas gifts. read more

The discriminatory practices at this location are utterly disgusting. This isn't the first incident, but I have time today. I just left the Winchester and Hacks Crossing location to grab a few items and had a horrible experience. Now, I know they have implemented a policy where they are SUPPOSED to check EVERYONE who utilizes self checkout membership card. However, today and maybe the last 3 times as well, I couldn't help but notice that not everyone was being asked to show proof of membership. There was an older Caucasian male in front of me waiting to use self checkout. The store was pretty busy, so he stood in front of me with his basket for 2 minutes or more waiting for his turn. The Costco employee stood beside him the entire time and never once asked for proof of membership. Next, it was my turn. I had all the items pictured in my hands with no basket. Of course, I was asked immediately to show proof of membership. I responded by letting him know as soon as my hands are free, I'll show him my card. He them extended his hands, offering to hold my items to show him the card as if those 15 se onds I asked him to wait would've made a difference. I used that opportunity to ask a rhetorical question, "Did you check everybody card?" He immediately understood the context of my question (which speaks volumes alone) and responded with,"I try to check everyone." I let him know that I watched him NOT ask everyone. I began checking out and noticed he was still staring at me. I explained that I already showed my card and he wanted to watch me scan my items then he is more than welcome to do it himself. I don't work there anyway, but that's another story for another day. Anyone, just beware that everyone is not treated equal. Spend your money elsewhere. read more

Today , 7/23/19 10am . Visiting from California and stopped by Hacks cross Costco. Lady at front door stopped me and ask me if that was a service dog....and I said yes. Then she ask me to prove it with verification. I told her that I don't have to prove it. She sent for manager. We had a short discussion and I informed him of the laws and Costco's own policy's about service dogs. He didn't challenge my info and let me go ahead and shop. I would think that if a particular Costco has a certain way to want attain info about a service dog they should know the laws and their own store policies just to be a little more informed. I've had a Costco membership for three years. Before that, I had a card on my Dad's membership. The basic membership is $50/year. Even if you do nothing more than buy gas, it's worth it, as the gas prices are TYPICALLY .15-.20¢ cheaper than other gas stations. There are many perks of the membership but let's face it, I'm no employee of Costco. I love it. I usually frequent the other location in Cordova but I really should come to this one as it's a shorter drive. Oh well! I like that your membership is good at any Costco. Their meat department is bar none the BEST. It trumps Kroger, Whole Foods and Fresh Market. The ONLY downside is the inability to buy individual items. Looking for one ribeye? It ain't happening! Need a whole side of cow? This is your PLACE! Go on a Saturday or Sunday and they have samples. And when I say samples, these ain't your grandma's samples. These are SAMPLES! If you don't have a discerning appetite, you could eat lunch on samples alone. But if you're like me, you aren't much of a mooch and you're heading elsewhere. Luckily, their concession area has you covered! Slices of pizza for $1.99, 20 ounce soda for .59¢! They've got a lot of other stuff too! Probably their biggest perk is their warranty. My dad bought a grill from them and about 7 years later it konked out under no fault of his own. It just died. He brought it in to see if they serviced them or what they could do. They offered him a full refund for the price he paid for it SEVEN YEARS AGO! Unbelievable! That's how you retain customers. This is a Costco very much like any other location except that the optometrist's office entrance is also located externally to the left of the entrance. Very helpful staff who first walked me to the aisle and when we couldn't find the Vaseline, he went up and checked with Merchandise, so really appreciated that. Parking was super hard, but frankly I reckon that's par for the course at any Costco! We were in and out within 1.5 hours, thanks to my shopping list, so that worked out well - will be back. read more

For example: Toilet Paper, Paper Towels, Milk, Eggs, bread, baby formula, gas, etc etc. you get the point. You will also find pretty decent deals on all of the cool things you really didn't need too! Do not buy electronics from this store. Bought my daughter a 24in Samsung TV here for Christmas (bought 11/1 when it was on sale for $99). I told the cashier it was for a Christmas gift and wouldn't be opened till December, was told the 90 day warranty would be extended if needed. Gave our daughter the TV for Christmas and she was thrilled! TV stopped working 2/14. Won't power on at all!!!! Costco says tough luck it's past 90 days, but i can call the "free tech support". Tech support says sorry, can't help, and transfers me to Samsung. Samsung says sorry, they'll send a label to ship it back, but I have to find my own box. So now we have to mail it to New Jersey, they "might be able to fix it, and if not will call me with options". No time frame, no offer to replace it at store. Basically sold me a paperweight. 90 days for a TV----really? I've never had a TV that didn't last years, but 6 weeks! Shameful. Now my daughter has no gift, and we have no idea if/when it will be fixed. Shame on you Costco and Samsung for selling such garbage, and not standing by loyal customers. It's difficult for me to shop at Costco because the package sizes and package counts make it difficult to justify buying so much at one time. I'm meand who needs 24 count Kleenex Tissues? So I use Costco mostly for big ticket items. Recently I made a purchase at this Costco that saved me close to $100.00 had I been forced to buy it elsewhere. Big win for me. The only thing I don't like about Costco is their constant pressure to upgrade your membership. If I've been asked once I've been asked 100 times. grrrr. Nevertheless, I love this CostCo. I've been a Costco member for 7 years now, and I still have no complaints. They run very good brands with really good prices, the people is friendly and the place is really clean and organized. About 1/3 of my groceries and almost all of my cleaning supplies are bought here. I also like to use my American Express linked to them and that way they give points every time I buy here and extra points when I fill my car at their gas station, and that is some extra money I love to recieve every year =) read more

The quality of products in Costco always feels better than SAMs, even when they carry the same stuff. In this branch, the cleanliness, organization and attention to detail is palpable. Their meat section never disappoints and you always find delicious treats in the food section. Their DVD and BluRay selection is well kept, and I love how they cater to 3D aficionados as well as boxset completists. As for stuff I can get elsewhere for more, I've been buying the Natures Domain dry dog food for a while, and my pooch seems to thrive on it. As for post shopping snacking, their food stop is good. Costco is one of the greatest stores to shop. Customer service is top notch. One draw back, items that are well sought after are not in the store long. Items of food or non food items. This is frustrating. I hear this a lot from customers including myself. Why can't we get consistency in merchandising? This is a major turn off. read more
