I like COSTCO but, this address does not exist in my navigation system. I had to switch to my phone and it seemed like we were driving forever to and after. We were headed to Pittsburgh and wanted to top off the tank. From my phone's map app it looked close to US 30, like a hypotenuse going north and east. It wasn't. Upon arrival I could see that surprisingly Costco gas was NOT cheaper than most of the stations in the area. We picked up a couple of things, one of which we couldnt find and needed help. As always employees were friendly and helpful. I doubt I return. I probably spent more on gas than I saved. read more

I love everything here. Their checkout process is not as efficient as Sam's Club, as they do not have scan & go, BUT everything else about Costco makes up for it. Come hungry. Lots of samples available and sometimes they are decently hearty and will fill you up (but just in case they don't, they still have that $1.50 hot dog/soda combo). Gas here is very cheap and the lines are quite efficient. Plenty of pumps and easy in & out. I've been to other Costco stores that are WAY more crowded. I love their return policy. I love their selection. And I love their customer service in general. I bought my tires here, and they offer complimentary rotation at the recommended mileage thresholds for the lifetime of the tire. What a great place. I hate shopping in general, but Costco makes me love it. Now if only I could come before they sell out of Dubai chocolate...... read more

I have become a member about 6-9 months ago, the people who work at Costco are usually very pleasant and patient and helpful. The food is good, I wished they would have their ice cream in the menu more often. It is always very clean and organized! read more

This Costco opened on August 1, 2023. You can certainly tell it is a brand new store - it still sparkles! There were a lot of good mark downs and deals throughout the store. My home Costco is Strongsville and this location had items our store had sold out of months ago. Food court has the classic items but something that was nice was a worker was actively sweeping and disinfecting tables as people got up. So nice! I love being a Costco member :) read more

Today was the first time since I joined Costco when they opened in North Canton, that I was disappointed in their selection. I went for 4 things - Belvita - Blueberry flavor (they only had Cinnamon), Skinny-Pop original flavor (they only had cheddar), Shredded roast beef that I had purchased there before (they must not carry any longer), and strawberries, grapes and blackberries and/or raspberries to make a fruit tray or to purchase a fruit tray already made up. The fruit looked terrible and I did not by any. When I checked out, the girl unloading my cart asked me if I found everything I was looking for. She asked me what and I said several things. When I started to tell her what, she just moved on to the next person in line. Last week I went to Sam's in North Canton with a friend and their selection was much, much better. Costco's philosophy, structure, and merchandising is very uniform. I think that is why no matter which one around the country you shop at---they feel very similar. Overall, they do a good job even if their pizza is horrible---lol. I have enjoyed the Canton location the few times that I've been there. read more

My husband and I are new to Costco. I hard good things about Costco. We are long time Sam's club members. The lady who was working the door was super rude to us when entering. I had showed them the confirmation e mail we had gotten and she had said rudely you need to go to the service desk. We said thank you and had to wait in a long line to get even get to the service desk. Once we got there the young man who helped us was really nice. But we had to go out and back in to shop. The same rude lady was at the door. We stoped to ask some questions like did they have something like a scan and go. She said this isn't Sam and we would never have that due to them having people stealing. she went on about how bad Sam's was and I thought to my self all she had to say was no. I felt she didn't need to belittle another company. Wow just wow. Also you only take visa not master card or any other type of card like American Express and that also was a huge let down.
