If someone cannot pickup or drop off a prescription within 5 minutes in the drive thru-ASK THEM POLITELY TO COME INSIDE! Your giving bad service because of the few customers that don't want to get off their butt and walk inside when it's not a simple pickup!!!!!!

Extremely rude staff. Regardless of how long ago, your doctor sent in your prescription, when you…read morego to pick it up, you get the standard " it will be 25 minutes." You could literally be bleeding to death and they would still make you wait 25 minutes when you know damn well your prescription is sitting back there. I think it's probably a strategy to get you to do some shopping and spend some money while you wait the allotted 25 minutes. Do yourself a favor, go across the street to the Acme pharmacy where you actually get treated with professionalism and compassion. And they even give you a free bottle of water with your prescription if you want it.

They did not mind at all taking time to get my question answered. (And yep, I had gotten bad info from my current pharmacy. I would have gotten sick!) I don't know the current pharmacy manager, but have always had excellent service from Rowena & the part time PharmD Jill. Next time I am in town, I owe my favorite pharmacy team some baked goods!

Instead, they stood there explaining the situation for at least ten minutes. No attempt was made to allow other customers to go through and no apology for the delay that could have been avoided.

I was able to grab everything I needed and the typical Marc's load of a bunch of stuff I didn't need, made my way out relatively quickly, and may go back after another trip, but won't be terribly excited about the experience.

They didn't even have a refrigerated drink section other than at the checkout. I wouldn't enjoy shopping here again.
