I will be submitting a formal claim to the Better Business Bureau. I also had a problem with the Egg Harbor office with one of the estimators. I was on a call with him and he got very nasty with me and eventually hung up on me. He lied to the Moorestown office and told them I had a roof problem and I do not. That has been confirmed as I had a company out here to inspect it. Since I found out this company changed my Township to a different office in Moorestown, New Jersey. I called and explained to the guy what happened. Instead of helping me he started with a fake cry and said can't you just help me and not put a bad review. That's a first.

When I questioned him about the ridiculous price he was rude and confrontational. I told him that I would price other vendors and he began to tell me that no other vendors had a good gutter guard product and began yelling at me. I just had my guards done today for $645 by another contractor. I will never think of calling gutter guys again and I recommend that everyone else reading this look elsewhere. After a little more than a year and a series of issues, I feel it's important to share my…read moreexperience. This was a full gut and renovation and major undertaking by any standard. On a positive note, the team was generally responsive to minor changes, additions, and subtractions throughout the process. In the end, we have a home that is clean, fresh, and ready for my family to enjoy. However, the overall quality of work fell far below expectations. Much of the craftsmanship felt more "landlord grade" than the professional standard expected for a project of this scale. Throughout the renovation, there was a consistent lack of accountability for mistakes, damages, and poor execution. Attention to detail was lacking, corners were cut, and basic industry practices like ensuring level surfaces, proper alignment, surface preparation, and quality finish work were either ignored or poorly done. Now a little over a year after moving in, many of these issues are starting to come to light. Such as signs of failure, inconsistency, and work that simply doesn't meet minimum standards. The experience was marked by overpromising and underdelivering. At times, it felt like the customer was always wrong. What should have been a positive, exciting investment has become an expensive learning experience. I'm now forced to spend additional time, money, and resources to correct these problems and worry about what may surface over the next several months and years from this renovation.

Now I have to report them to better business bureau and I have to wonder if they will actually honor the contract warranty. Might have to take them to court if something goes wrong with my roof. I'm usually not that trusting with very many contractors, but since one of my neighbors had a good experience, we decided to trust this man, Jose Orellano. I kept trying to be nice with the text messages and phone calls, being very polite. Long story, but please, please, do not use this company. Go with Frank Vincent Roofing and Siding. They may be more, but their reputation is great. Our price was somewhere in the middle, so we didn't cheap out and go with the lowest price. I've been trying to reach him since the beginning of October to fix one shingle that I have a concern about. (I don't want high winds or heavy storms to affect my roof). It's a simple fix, which, if they were paying attention, it could have been done properly while they were up on the roof. Again, do not use ORELLANO ROOFING! Only used them, you want to get aggravated and ghosted by their lack of customer service and shoddy work.

Two weeks later he sent someone out. I though the guy was going to fix all of the issues that I mentioned to Tony. I even sent him pictures. I didn't think I needed to stand outside and watch him. I was wrong. I went inside and when I came back out to check on things the guy was gone. He had only fixed one spot. He also left me with a bent gutter from where he placed the ladder. I reached out to Tony again to get the remaining tiles fixed AND because the roof was leaking. He told me that he would have someone come out again. That was in July. It is Nov 2025 and I'm still waiting. I had my roof inspected a year later. The guy was kind enough to take pictures of the areas of my roof where things were done incorrectly. The workmanship was absolutely awful. In addition, they left nails in the grass. I had to purchase a magnetic sweeper to pick up the nails all over my yard and driveway. He sent Anthony to look at the job and give an estimate What they told us was surprising, so instead of leaving me with an estimated, we agreed, he had the time and did the work for us right then. Thankfully TruBlue was honest. I am confident some other contractors would have said I needed item replaced due to age (ballpark $8,000). TruBlu gave me what I needed for a price that ridiculously low for Professional to come out and do. I was happy It was less than a repair $ I anticipated. Work looks good!
