During the next rain, I noticed a section of gutter was leaking. I called J&M and they sent to team out to investigate. Turns out the former owner had used silicone in an elbow joint that wasn't sloped properly, so when it didn't drain at the rate it should, it would drip. The silicone had worn down, so John and the team applied gutter grade sealant with no complaints and no extra charge. The gutters are working great. I definitely trust this team with my business.

I will be submitting a formal claim to the Better Business Bureau. I also had a problem with the Egg Harbor office with one of the estimators. I was on a call with him and he got very nasty with me and eventually hung up on me. He lied to the Moorestown office and told them I had a roof problem and I do not. That has been confirmed as I had a company out here to inspect it. Since I found out this company changed my Township to a different office in Moorestown, New Jersey. I called and explained to the guy what happened. Instead of helping me he started with a fake cry and said can't you just help me and not put a bad review. That's a first.

An installer showed up and gave me a Price of over $1500 even though it was only about 45 linear feet of guards. The estimate had no breakdown for materials or labor, Just the LOW price of $1522. When I questioned him about the ridiculous price he was rude and confrontational. I told him that I would price other vendors and he began to tell me that no other vendors had a good gutter guard product and began yelling at me. I just had my guards done today for $645 by another contractor. I will never think of calling gutter guys again and I recommend that everyone else reading this look elsewhere. They are a complete ripoff.

Our experience with Modular Homes by Spartec was more than awful. This company is owned and…read moreoperated by William Sparkes. He and his assistant are the only 2 employees of this company. They do not have an office and run the business out of their home. We started our project with Spartec in 2019 and as of 2 months ago, we still did not have a final set of drawings. It should be noted that Spartec is only a "go between" between you and a manufacturer. They solely deal with Professional Building Systems, modular home manufacturer. They are just as bad, if not worse that Spartec but we digress. Mr. Sparkes was often rude, over bearing and forgetful during our project. Mr. Sparkes will expect you to do nearly everything yourselves and act as your own contractor. You will have to find subcontractors, demo, concrete, piling install, etc. yourself. Again, they are just a go between between you and the manufacturer and basically do nothing more. When we decided to discontinue our contract with them due to continued delays (Almost 2 1/2 years) and several issues and problems, Mr. Sparkes became extremely nasty and condescending. He refuses to tell us what he did with our 10's of thousands of dollars paid to Spartec in deposits, which were deposited in their bank account. Mr. Sparkes is now refusing to communicate with us any further and will not answer any of our questions, basically ghosting us. Run, do not walk, away from this business. This review is strictly our own experience and our own opinions. Please do your research and come to your own conclusions before using this business for anything.

He power washed both buildings, scraped where need, primed and then painted with final coat. I think it was a fair price for the work done. Very good attention to detail also.
