If a design person cannot answer customer questions and gets overwhelmed then there's a real problem. After 4 weeks of working on a design that was for a pretty simple revamp, Valerie could still not get our floor plans right. The builder wrote to me to say that the measurements were still not correct. Save yourself time and energy and don't go here for your kitchen design. Seems all this person has time to do is go for "trainings" that don't appear to translate into work output. Poor communication about timelines and every inquiry was met with a defensive list of reasons about why she couldn't get to our project in a timely manner. Undoubtably the worst customer experience I've ever had.

I had never…read moreused this product before, but noticed there was a Sherwin Williams store near by where I live so I went to look at paint chips. With all the different finishes as well as different grades it was a bit overwhelming. The assistant manager Nuel was extremely helpful with choice of type of paint. Then I was on to color selection, another overwhelming task. It seems as there a hundreds of variations of the same color. I bought a few samples to paint the wall with to give me a frame of reference and when I came into the store and asked Nuel for something in the same tone, but slightly lighter, he was dead on! At first I thought it was more pricy than what I had used, but I was lucky and hit a sale! Always ask about if a sale is coming up and they will be more than happy to share that information with you! I am not a Sherwin-Williams customer! I hope Nuel is there for my next project!

We have had our old snow blower serviced by Towne Hardware for many years. Last year at the end of…read moreNovember 2024, a new carburetor was installed after we were told that our old carburetor could last another year but then were told that we needed a new one. The snow blower was stored in our garage with the preservative fuel that Towne Hardware recommended. When we went to use the snow blower on Sunday, 12/14/2025, for the FIRST TIME after the carburetor was installed, the machine ran for about two minutes each time. Towne Hardware claimed that it might need a new carburetor again at the cost of $95 hour labor fee plus parts with no allowance for the one year old carburetor.The machine was also tuned up last year and previous years. We were told that the warranty is good for only 30 days. Unfortunately you must have snow to test a snow blower. There is also a $100 charge for pick up and delivery. Stay away from Towne Hardware for repairs.

They may be good with paint but for screen work... Took an…read moreold 70's basement screen in for a replacement and a detachable plexi cover. They never called to say it's ready. When I went back a week later, there was a slight delay trying to find it because they didn't write down my last name. They didn't even put a screen on it. They siliconed plexi over the front and left off the screen. Note on it said replace screen and add plexi with new tab fasteners. Fasteners were on upside down. They may not know about old windows. The plexi glass was smudged and scratched. I thought somebody must of had a flask on them by the looks of it. I know I should have done it myself.
