I made an appointment for after my half marathon. When I entered, a bell rang, and I was greeted soon after. I got the $60 feet/back combo and told her I wanted a deep massage. I walked in with a mask, and she put one on without my asking her, and I thanked her for that. She started with soaking my feet for a few minutes and then thoroughly massaged them for about 30 minutes before asking me to turn over to get my back massaged. She was able to massage me with strength, and I'm sure I fell asleep several times (but I knew she was still working on me). I was visiting from out of state, so I wouldn't be able to return, but if I lived nearby, I'd be there every week! The music was lulling, and they were good with not having conversations with each other or making other sounds, which happens at other Asian massage places (at one place, the manager was arguing w/the bank on the phone!) read more

I got a mediocre 1 hour massage. Maybe the foot massage combo is better? I asked for deep and didn't get it. The masseuse found a deep knot and asked how it felt and then didn't do any work on it so I'm going to guess it's still there. I've been getting massage regularly for 30 years and this one is towards the bottom. read more

So disappointed in recent prescheduled 30 min. Appt. For 2 people to have foot massage:reflexology. It took repeating myself 3 times just trying to make the appt. On the day before due to language barrier by the appt. Scheduler. We arrived 5 min. Early & were greeted w a woman speaking into her phone in another language & then it translated to English: you're 10 min. Early, have a seat. The reflexology/foot massage was fine until she said "over" gesturing to flip over face downward. They then proceeded to do a complete upper back, hips & thighs massage. I ONLY made the appt. for 30 min reflexology/foot massage. I turned toward the other client next to me & said what?? Not knowing if perhaps they had changed the appt. from what our original 30 min. was scheduled for?? Unfortunately, this was a huge miscommunication: 1st by the original woman who booked our appt. 2nd: the website had advertised 30 min. Reflexology for $30 & when we arrived their sign on the front desk had changed that price to $40. 3rd: they made us wait 20 min in the waiting area before starting our scheduled appt. 4th: when going to check out/pay, they simply rang us up for $120.00...no explanation, no talking/communication at all. I struggled to be paying for a service that I did NOT request. Therefore, I made only a small tip on my credit card. She looked @ the amount, pointed to the tip listed & shrugged her shoulders, giving the impression of that was NOT enough tip. No words, just an evil glare. Typically, I am a 20-25%tipper....not that day, as I struggled to leave just a little over 16%. Cozy Feet needs to have at least 1 employee there that speaks/understands English. What was supposed to be a pleasant, relaxing experience for the other person going for their 1st ever reflexology appt. Turned into an uncomfortable nightmare! I will NOT ever go there again & will encourage others to choose a different foot spa. This was NOT a professional way to conduct business. read more

Cosa Feet Spa is a gem! I was visiting family from out of town and luckily found it. The massage was incredibly relaxing. They start out with your feet and end up with a scalp massage that leaves you feeling peaceful and toxin free. My kids said that I looked younger when I came out. My kids and I all had a 60 minute massage and it was perfect and very reasonably priced. We were fully clothed for the massage so wear something comfortable. It would a great gift for someone or for yourself! read more

I rated it 3 because the gentleman who did my massage had just finished smoking. I could smell the smoke on his hands. The whole time while he was massaging my face that's all I could smell. Overall it is a very relaxing environment. I suggest this place as long as you don't get a smoker. read more

Ok, so it's not the most updated environment; you are in an open room with other people getting massages but WOW, they are strong. We have never had such a DEEP deep tissue massage for such a reasonable price. The only negatives would be that the lady I had went very fast and jumped around, a slower rhythmic massage would have been more relaxing. This place is so awesome. I recommend the 1-hour massage where they soak your feet and then massage you and then spend time on your feet. I love this place because my feet ache a lot and they are the only ones in the area that seem to focus on making sure they take care of them properly. You cannot beat the price. read more

My first & last time there. I had requested a girl and ended up with some young guy. He was ok with my feet, but when he got to my shoulders, neck and back, he hurt me. Now I'll be heading back to my chiro for an adjustment, just to undo what he did. He did NOT massage my back, instead he was pushing on me so hard with his arm, it hurt. I told him twice it was too hard, but he kept it up. Then he's moving my purse, I had to ask what he was doing with it. I was not relaxed, nor did I enjoy it what's so ever. I also don't care for the "open room" with other people. There was no enjoyment with this what's so ever. I did give him a tip, but it was way more than i should have. My visit here was a positive one. I left feeling very relaxed. Did I have the best massage of my life? No, but I did get a decent massage that lasted an hour (full body) for 35 dollars and that made me very happy. Will definitely go back. read more

I am telling you that this place is GREAT! If you want a great massage for a reasonable price go here. I have been going to a local spa that charged me $80.00 for years, for a mediocre massage. For 45.00 less you get the same relaxing massage for under 1/2 the price. They are strong and really massage your back extremely well. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. read more
