Pearl has always been curtious, helpful, friendly, funny, and forthcoming about their prices, standards, etc. 2) The 49 point checklist! This is so me. If I could have designed this for a private maid (not through an agency), perhaps I wouldn't have had such struggles with asking them to do a little more or do something they did once then never again. 3) They use their own cleaning supplies! You mean I don't have to run to the store at midnight the night before the maid comes after I'm done frantically picking up to get cleaning supplies?! Yes, please! 4) All pet/kid friendly products used: We have pets and kids, so this is a fantastic offering which is standard to them! 5) Piggybacking on 3 & 4, we have a few preferences as far as cleaning supplies (Ah the lovely smell of Pledge to know you're in a clean house), but lucky for us, they didn't hesitate to suggest to just leave out any custom supplies we wanted them to use. 6) The maids (or at least ours) leaves a stamp of personality by using our fridge alphabet magnets to leave cute messages like "Welcome home, family"...just something extra to make us smile :-) 7) The prices: I debated on regular maid services for years and am glad I finally decided it's worth the money for the peace of mind that comes with it. The BEST part though is they seem to offer up front deals for new customers, so we signed up for the monthly cleaning and will have a FREE cleaning during our 5th month of service -WOOHOO! 8) You can leave a key the first day, and they will keep it at the office for you for added convenience...and they made sure to tell me they put a code on it instead of your name or address for extra security - smart! 9) Totally trust worthy to have them there while you are not as Maid Pro has a liability policy of anything turns up missing or broken. 10) Did I not mention you get to come home to a sparkly, clean house?!!!

You will not be disappointed because they are honest, dependable, do excellent work, and are reasonably priced! I called Johnnie Fletcher, one of the owners of K.J.'s Carpet Cleaning & Repair, on Sunday afternoon (expecting to leave a message on his work phone) for an appointment to clean my living room rug where a dog had had an accident and peed, and later threw up her supper. To my surprise, he actually answered and by Monday I had an appointment set up for Thursday morning to clean my rug. K.J.'s is who I called when we needed the carpet cleaned, or repairs were needed, at the hotel where I worked. Johnnie & his brother typically showed up either the same day I called, or the next, and showed up on time, completed the work timely, efficiently, always with minimal downtime (since It's important for a hotel to fill as many rooms as possible) and always at a reasonable rate. My appointment was set for 9am, Johnnie arrived 15 minutes early and fully prepared to do the clean my area rug. Because there is a minimum charge, and because my rug was not very large, he asked if I had any carpeted rooms, since he wanted me to receive my money's worth. I actually had 2 bedrooms which he cleaned the carpet in them, as well as two upholstered chairs in the living room he did as well! When he arrived, he looked at my rug, tested for moisture, explained what needed to be done, explained the equipment he was going to use. He then sprayed a pretreatment on the rug, and steamed cleaned it. Where the dog had had the accident, he sprayed another treatment on it and went over it again to extract the cleaner and to remove the stain. To my amazement the second treatment lifted the urine stain out of the rug! He even steam cleaned my kitchen runner as lagniappe! Once the living room rug was cleaned, he put a blower on it to help it dry while he cleaned the two bedrooms. While he was here, I decided to have him take a look at my two bathrooms for them to steam clean the tile floor and walls and after he sends me the cost, I will be setting up an appointment for that work as well.
