The owner of the company arrived 20 minutes early, punctual and ready to work. The reason I gave four stars was really to no fault of her own. There was some paint that had not been scraped off of a window and I did not have a scraper for her to use to remove it, other than that, she provided excellent service, extremely polite, and very punctual and I will be using her again!
