This office charges $10,000 for Invisalign, while most other reputable clinics in town offer it for around $6,500. Despite using his "Platinum" Invisalign status to justify the inflated price, I've since learned that these titles are awarded based purely on the number of cases sold each year, and DO NOT reflect success rate, patient satisfaction, or clinical expertise. When I questioned my treatment plan, communication quickly became delayed and inconsistent. The Treatment Coordinator's responses felt evasive and, at times, deliberately misleading. At one point, I was told an email had already been responded to -- but when that email was forwarded to me (weeks later), it was obvious the reply had been manually typed in to appear as though it had been sent earlier. The timestamp, format, and content made it clear it was fabricated after the fact after I was deliberately ignored. I was also told I needed multiple "preventative" fillings despite having a long history of healthy teeth. That didn't sit right with me, so I went elsewhere for a second opinion. Sure enough, and just as I suspected, the new dentist confirmed (both visually and through X-rays) that my teeth were perfectly fine. It wasn't until Dr. Salyani made me question his integrity that I started shopping around for a new provider -- and to my surprise, he has quite the reputation around town. That, combined with the clinic's constant staff turnover, says a lot about how things are really run behind the scenes. The whole experience felt more like a hard sell at a used car lot than a visit to a healthcare professional. If you value transparency, ethics, and consistency in your care -- look elsewhere. And spare me the canned responses like "Different dentists have different philosophies" or "We can't find you in our system." You know exactly who I am -- and I have the receipts to back that this is all factual.

His offices are state of the art and you get the sense that he is not only happy in his work but he has also created an environment that makes a visit to a dentist the best it can possibly be. Absolute scumbags. Don't waste your time or money, because they will take both of those and tell you there's nothing they can do. What a joke. You should all be ashamed. Also a few years ago this office convinced me to get multiple root canals done by them. Every single one has failed and ruined the other healthy teeth in my mouth along the way. His energy and bedside manner have much to be desired. He walked into the room like he was disturbed that I was there. I let it go for a minute but realized it was not going away and it wasn't just me. It is my opinion that when he has a sense of intimidation, he put off this air of complete cockiness. I would never ever use nor recommend him to anyone. When you walk into any health care facility, you should be made to feel WELCOME. Not with my buddy Cook. Also I would like to add, anyone he may be mentoring should find someone with better people skills to show them the proper way to gel with folks of all types.
