But the flowers started to turn brown only 7 hours after I pickep the flower up. They do have a "guarantee" but it is 100 % false. (On their website it says "If you are not satisfied with the purchased FTD product, we will send a replacement or refund the full purchase price. All you need to do is notify us within 10 days of receipt of your FTD order. ) So I called the following morning hoping to get some of my money back only to be yelled at by the owner, and told the flowers were supposed to turn brown. Don't waste your effort/money on Salem Floral.
