They also have climate controlled units (although I haven't needed those.) One huge plus is that the area is secure and gated, The whole area is cement paved, not gravel. Every corner is well lit and with security cameras. The place is clean, like they-just-opened-their-doors clean, inside the units and all around the facility. I've never had issues with rodents or the like. I would remind people to put cardboard and anything valuable up on pallets. I have had no issues with management, and actually they have been very accommodating when I was moving from LaCrosse. My biggest attractions are the security and cleanliness. 2 Thumbs-up.

And I always felt like the place was clean and my things were safe. I drove 35 minutes from my home to store my stuff and it was completely worth it with the customer service I experienced. The quality of their premium hardwood mix is excellent (consistent color and size) and the price is very competitive with other local suppliers. You can generally save a couple extra bucks by checking out the coupon on their website. I've also purchased their garden soil mix when I was upgrading my landscaping. Like the mulch, the mix was high quality with no weed seeds. The new garden beds are thriving so far. I also appreciate that their drivers will drop the load off exactly where you ask them to (a misplaced delivery means I can't use my garage until the load is distributed). They also will work with you to set a delivery time that fits your schedule. If the drivers are running behind schedule, they will call to let you know about the revised delivery time. I've tried other mulch suppliers, but JAR is the king of the heap in my book.
