This is the best storage facility in the Middleton/Madison area (maybe anywhere). I have had various storage units with the Storage Guy since 2022. They are clean, safe, reasonably priced, and most importantly, the facilities/operation are run by a great team. I am always able to reach someone. Jeff and Aaron have found time to meet me with very little notice and work out terms that fit my situation (I once needed a temporary unit while moving a family member and they figured out a way it could be the most convenient for me). Unfortunately, I once had to use a big corporate facility for almost two years and it was a completely different experience than the great experience with the Storage Guy. The big corporate facility initially charged less, but kept raising the rent so that I was paying double in no time. I learned from that experience and will now only go to the Storage Guy. Incredible service, super friendly, immaculate facility - I highly recommend! Jeff was the best to work with. As the movers were unloading the van, I realized I needed more space.
