They have stylish clothing: pants, shirts, jackets, etc. They have hats and sunglasses. Lots of jewelry to choose from. A doggie section as well as a kid section. Tons to choose from! Even a clearance section if you're short on funds. Pricing isn't extreme here but yeah, there are some goodies that are higher than others. The service is always excellent here. I wish I got the young lady's name who helped me. She was there when I visited in 2024 and she is just the sweetest gal.

We were told that they design their products themselves. It is not the same touristy stuff that you can get at the parks visitor center. Their stuff was unique. The employees working were great. The were very helpful and nice. As we were leaving after making a purchase, the manager gave us a few their reusable cloth MOSS bags. Moss is a great store. Lots of variety. Great people.

I've been in a few times over the years for random small items like gloves or dry bags as well to…read morewindow shop bikes, but I finally had a bike tune up done here since I saw they participated in a ODT fundraiser, I purchased a tune up, that gets an extra star right there in support of trails! Sound bikes and Kayaks is a cool shop divided into 2 areas: Kayaks, dry bags, a few wetsuits then also both bikes and ebikes for sale (a few drool worthy e-mountain bikes too). Peter is usually the man in the front by the e bikes sales and he is knowledgeable about those bikes as well has tips where to get riding, swell dude. All the folks and owners working there have always been kind and helpful! They also have cool branded port angeles bike jerseys and sports clothing and of course carry many parts to get you going again if you need repairs, if they don't have it, they order it. I brought in a 'regular mountain bike' for my first tune up and they helped replace my disc brakes and rooters that were in sad shape. Now I am rolling again and I'm happy with the repair, so we will be back with more bikes as there are bikes for 2 seasons. Happy trails all. Spring tune up time.

We arrived right in time for a free tour which was SO interesting (do it, worth it) and Rob was our guide and had a great sense of humor. I am obsessed with lavender so it was fun learning about the farming and production process. Beware of that gift shop though as they have tons of amazing and unique products that are hard to resist (so I didn't). We capped off our visit with a lavender lemonade that was fantastic. I bought a water heater from Thurman's today. I was in kind of a hurry because the first place I…read morewent didn't have the one I needed. One of the employees helped me to figure out exactly which model to get. I was going to schedule a delivery, but he said he'd bring it to my house right then. I asked if he really meant right now, because I had to get to work. He said yes, so I purchased the water heater and went home. Seriously less than 10 minutes later he arrived with the water heater and moved it into my house. It was such amazing service, and I still made it to work on time!
