Aquareal were very prompt and professional. In 2 days after a call, a technician came in to change the filters. Initially we had purchased our system from Nimbus Water Systems and cancelled the order with them once we realized that the installation was faulty and that the contract installers who were assigned to us were unqualified. We then chose Aquareal Water Systems and had we done our homework properly, they would have been our preferred supplier and installer. Raymond who is the owner of Aquareal Water Systems was extremely professional and explained to us the various options available and recommended Kinetico Model Q850 OD XP as the solution that best met our needs. He was patient, answered all our questions to our satisfaction with no marketing hype. To this day, we had NOT shared with Raymond our negative experience with Nimbus Water Systems as we did not want this to influence as to how he interacted with us. The installer who was assigned to us was very experienced, knowledgeable and explained to us in great details as to how to operate and maintain the system. Raymond, thanks to you and your team. We will highly recommend you to our friends and will consider you when it is time for us to replace our drinking water system.

As requested, they fixed my toilet, again they had the part required on hand. Michael and the crew did a wonderful job for the two sump pumps and the two back flow water valves, the job locations both inside and outside the house were clean after the installations. The sewer line was partial blocked and Michael repaired that at no cost, after the work he inspected the line with camera all the way to the street level. Job well done! BTW, my neighbour and us received the rebate money back within two weeks even though the website says 4 to 6 weeks. The total cost after rebate was the $50 application fee.
