Side note: I came home and tested the water with some Ph strips I purchased from Whole Foods, and the water appeared "not alkaline", so I came back in to see what Grant's response would be to this. Not only did he take me through thorough process of alkaline testing, but I learned that Ph strips/pool testers aren't accurate for testing the level of alkalinity for water. In other words it's an entirely different process. I'm glad I came back to confirm my curiosity on the matter. All in all, the owners Linda & Grant are amazing! The water is off the charts tasty (yes, tasty ), and I'm glad I found this gem. Water is life and this place is helping the process of living.

I experienced a delivery where the driver entered my garage, waving his arms in anger at me. I am…read morenot sure why. it was scary - am an older woman and I was alone. it was after the snowstorm and I was clearing a pathway on the walkway for them to place the bottles on my porch. instead the driver was angry at me and threatening (why????) they left the bottles on my driveway. I cant move them and they are supposed to be left at the front door as per instructions on our contract. I have video from my ring cameras as evidence. the older man who was angry honked the horn at the younger guy to stop taking the bottles to my porch. the younger guy obeyed the honk and they left. i tried to plead with them to stay and put my bottles on the porch. I sent a detailed note to cedar springs. I have not heard from Cedar Springs as I don't want these delivery men back here on my property. I should have called the police on the older guy. I thought he was planning to hit me because he was so angry and waving his arms. I have no idea why!!! he stopped the truck in front of my house. I was clearing the snow. I had placed the empties out. I didn't talk to him just said quickly "am clearing the snow for you". and then he goes into my garage. he should never have entered my garage and certainly had no reason to be angry at me. I'm just a delivery on his route!! I don't know him!! and didn't say anything to him!!! he was trespassing and threatening so honestly I should have called the police. cedar springs you have a major issue with this driver and with the refusal to deliver my bottles. I was scared and honestly frozen. afterward I had a panic attack which took me a while to recover from. I am still anxious about what he did and how it all played out and feeling in the moment that if I said anything I would be hurt. I only said something as they drove away to plead that they come back to move my bottles to the porch.

I truly felt like this company cares about your business with them, and they will totally take care of you with kind customer service. OK so I was completely wrong. This company is garbage. Very cheap. Run by rude people that are dull minded. Bumps on logs! No personality no pizzazz and no true care. I signed up with them in 2009 and when I moved out of town for a few years I discontinued with them for about three years. I then signed back up. Or basically simply reactivated my account. Well something like that I might not be completely accurate. All in all I have been with them for about nine years total. Last winter, I was a little irritated by the fact that we got our typical delivery of three bottles put on our back porch. They cracked because of the cold weather....completely leaked water gone! That is no way their responsibility and I fully understand that. However there is such a thing called customer loyalty appreciation, and doing little things to help out when required. So I called in disclosing my displeasure of having just bought three bottles, getting a delivery. and they're all broken from the cold weather. I don't even know what I was looking for in terms of compensation. I just wanted to vent. They proceeded to tell me with a very rude attitude that my cracked bottles are not their problem. I then told them I have been a member of their service since 2009 taking a few years off in the middle. The lady on the phone actually debated this with me telling me my sign up time was much later showing no record of the fact that I started in 2009. And then put me on a very long hold, then came back and told me the only thing they can do for me is give me $10 off my next order. She told me this in a very rude way. A couple of days ago I got a voicemail from this company reminding me to place my order for my next bottles and how my order pattern is not the same as it has been previously... like a courteous reminder to place my order like we used to... I lost it and I called them and basically gave the customer service lady a piece of my mind about this company and how horrible they are. I then get a phone call back from some dull minded Jack hole, telling me that I need to call him back some customer relations guy. I didn't call sure enough the very next day I get a knock on my door, from I assumed the same person lol mr. customer service relations. I did not answer the door, but I communicated with him through an intercom. I am sickened at the audacity to just show up to your front door. You guys deliver water to peoples houses that does not give you the right to just show up whenever you feel like it. The phone call is not returned to discuss anything further, then just leave it at that you don't show up the people's homes. This company truly is pathetic. Anyways bottom line, this company is a joke... don't fool yourself into thinking you're doing business with some nice small town family operated spring water place. They have no personality and no regard for customer service. Extremely rude and extremely cheap! It's clearly being run by people that don't care. Perhaps this is new ownership? There was zero sales pressure. When it came to the on-site work, our technician, George, was a standout. During the initial home inspection, he carefully assessed our basement layout. Our home features a tight crawlspace under the basement stairs right next to the water heater. Rather than pushing a generic, bulky system that wouldn't fit right, George got us a specialized 'squat tank' configuration. He explained how he packed extra high-capacity resin into the shorter tank to perfectly match a standard 30K grain system's softening power. He also thoroughly walked us through our backyard line layout, breaking down the structural and financial reality of our plumbing footprint so we didn't waste money on unnecessary wall demolition (we wanted a backyard bypass but it turned out to be quite unfeasible given that the pipe ended somewhere in the walls rather than funneling back to the basement). On installation day, George and his partner, Todd, arrived right on time and did an immaculate job. They mapped out the copper lines beautifully and positioned the brine tank right at the front of the enclosure so lifting salt bags would be incredibly easy on my back. They even took the extra time to show me how to operate the red V3006 bypass arrows behind the Clack WS1 control head so I can easily run municipal hard water to my side garden spigot whenever I need to water the lawn or backyard. Moreover, they walked me through when to replenish the brine tank as well and warned me not to fill it too high so that "salt bridging" wouldn't occur near the top of the brine tank. The installation looks incredibly clean at a glance. Our new Clack softener is running flawlessly and our water has never felt better (at least according to my happy wife LOL). I've been coming here for years to purchase furnace and humidifier filters. When we installed a…read morenew HVAC system, we were told to stay away from certain filters that are tightly woven, since they can cause the furnace to shut down. In addition, the furnace doesn't run as efficient as you think. I purchased a few with a medium to high MERV rating to see which one would suit our needs. The last batch I bought had a slightly higher MERV rating. Rampaul is great with suggesting which filters to purchase. It's a bit of a trek, but I buy enough for 6 months. You can order online, but its cheaper to pay in store.

They don't set up an ongoing delivery date, you must call to find out when it is, how to use the dispenser, etc. Communication and admin is a bit confusing, which wastes my time. Today the delivery guy showed up and asked my helper (who was supposed to be helping me, not him) for a pen so he could do the paperwork. This wasted my helper's time. He also asked if he could buzz me in when he called on the cell phone. No, you must use the building buzzer system if you want to get buzzed in. The whole get-up is a bit unprofessional, though polite, and you don't feel like they've got your back as a service provider. I want to support you, just step up the game, guys.
