I dropped in one morning to switch out my SodaStream C02 canister (for $10) and had a pleasant experience. The gentlemen who served us was very nice, the store was clean and I can see myself coming back again. On follow up trips I found it can be hit and miss as one time I had to wait until the proprietor finished with his lineup of customers at the Vin Bon before helping me at the water side which was disappointing.

I…read morehad back and forth emails with Allison and she was super helpful and accommodating, even suggesting I follow up with Berkey directly to get a replacement. I opted to come in and see if it was user error with the priming. Unfortunately with Covid it took a while before I able to visit in person but the man who helped me (I wish I had gotten his name) get my filters primed was very helpful. Allison also put some products aside that I asked for. Now I have a fantastic filtration system and am super happy. I'll definitely purchase my follow up items from WaterMart. One thing to note, online ordering was super easy (I had to pay with PayPal, just a heads up) but since I needed to help in person I had to obviously go in. It was a bit tricky to find but they have signage everywhere so don't be alarmed if you can't find it at first.

Side note: I came home and tested the water with some Ph strips I purchased from Whole Foods, and the water appeared "not alkaline", so I came back in to see what Grant's response would be to this. Not only did he take me through thorough process of alkaline testing, but I learned that Ph strips/pool testers aren't accurate for testing the level of alkalinity for water. In other words it's an entirely different process. I'm glad I came back to confirm my curiosity on the matter. All in all, the owners Linda & Grant are amazing!
