Inside is a kind of eclectic chic vibe that jumps out from the several-hundred-year-old building in the surrounding blocks. The inside was immaculately clean and the service was great. I ordered the Emily Burger with fries. The fries were unfortunately cold, which you could tell they had most likely been done before the burger was close to being done. The bun for the burger was nice and soft, and you could tell it was freshly made. The grilled onions and spicy sauce were good, but the bacon and burger were so-so. The bacon was very well done in most spots and well underdone in others. The burger was a tad underdone for how it was ordered in the center, which happens, but made me skip a few of the last bites. The flavor of the burger was definitely different than what you would find in a burger from the USA, but I could not tell if it was just a different ratio of beef used or a possible pork mixture. I would most likely order a standard burger and ask for it a little extra done next time. The location offers both online ordering, ordering from the QR code at the table, and going up in person. The staff brings the food out to you, and you just self-toss the trash. Cost-wise, it is pretty decent and what you would expect to pay at a nicer gourmet burger place, equating to €10-12. The place is a chain across Spain, and each location looks to be unique with an eclectic decor, which is nice to have every location different.
