Numerous calls not answered and voice mails not returned. Finally got in contact with them and was told the contacts would be in on July 15. Stopped in to get an update on June 26 and was told the the contacts wouldn't be in until August. So I was done with them and asked to cancel the contact order and get a full refund. They did do that and offered a "sorry for the delay" "apology". Moved on to another Optometrist, ordered the same contacts and received them in 7 business days. What a difference!

I only have to visit 2 times a year, do labs before my appointment and that's it. I have had to recently change doctors since the prior one quick but the only hassle was getting the RX renewed. I imagine clients with Diabetes visit very often and have to have lots of blood tests - at least my husband did when he was seen by them. Wait time has always been less than 15 minutes and the office visit only lasted about 15 minutes. So overall I'm very pleased.

Would get my test results and not notify me (happened multiple times). Doctor did a poor job of explaining what was wrong and left me knowing little to nothing about my condition. What's "remarkable" - I also have chronic "piriformis syndrome" - nerve compression / numbness in opposite leg - that's been severely exacerbated by laying on the OR table during two "prior" (unrelated) surgeriesn (two separate prior ortho's). Absolutely "NO" exacerbated numbness w/ Dr. Deister - a "miracle"! Very, very pleased w/ his care!
