Only one time was due to weather. We gave up trying to schedule and requested a refund, which he agreed to provide since he couldn't fulfill his part of the deal. Several weeks after that, we still didn't receive a refund, and once he found out we submitted a complaint to the Better Business Bureau, he sent me wildly unprofessional/threatening text. Based on other 1-star Google/Yelp reviews, we're not the first people he's done this to. I recommend taking your business to someone who will actually follow through on what they sell! Happy to take this review down if and only if a full refund is received.

I was greeted by a crazy little dachshund named Zeus that thinks he's a rottweiller...and he had me believing it. Stanley walked me thru the process if the services they offer and showed me some of their work. My husband took his "baby" (1999 Porsche) there and they kept her for a day or two. The detailing was perfect. All little scratches were gone, even the bolts on his rims were cleaned. He was like a kid when he got it back! It's not a garage kept vehicle but looked showroom kept when we got it back!
