It's a nice place to live however management is not so great at all. Please read the fine print in your lease as they will try and charge you for every little thing they can. Upon moving out they charged us for damages that were from the previous tenants. They practically refuse to return our security deposit and it has been MONTHS and still NOTHING! And any inquiry at the office will take 20 phone calls until they pick up. Its cheap for a reason.

The views are excellent due to be located in between the Arkansas River and a privately owned marina. There is an adjacent walking trail next to the river for families to take an evening walk or a jogger trying to maintain fitness. Marina Point is highly recommended.

After arranging with management to leave non-perishable…read moreboxes of food to be donated to local college students or residents (we would have taken it to a local food bank if we knew what was going to happen), we were billed $400 for disposal of trash - yes, they called the food trash and after agreeing to donate it charged us and threw it out. We cleaned the apartment and made arrangements for what was left - so disappointed by how we were treated in the end. We trusted management and were very disappointed. UPDATE - Reached out to the complex today and they were very quick to respond. Apparently there was a change in staff which created a misunderstanding. The main office was very quick to respond to my inquiry and make us whole. Am very glad we were able to resolve the misunderstanding.
