You cannot see the ramp from the road & none of it looks ADA. All one notices is its beauty & peace it adds to our home & street. It has been like adding an extra room to our home & though it has been almost a year since Rick & his very professional team built it, we still have people stopping by to find out who built it & complimenting its structure & beauty. It's where we visit with neighbors & friends. It has quickly become our haven of peace in a crazy world. They started the job early. Worked from sun up until sun down five days a week, rain or shine & finished the project when they said they would. I've had a lot of construction done in various homes in my life & never have I worked with a more experienced, polite & courtesy crew. Rick took my crudely sketched dream & turned it into a reality. He was open about everything & did all to code & standard & then some. One year later we are as thrilled & pleased with his work as we were from day one. The attention to detail and the quality of finished work product actually exceeded my expectation. The additions look as though they were "there from the beginning" vs. the way some additions look after the fact. I worked with Travis Bull and highly recommend he and Ronnie Bull construction. They were very responsive, caring, and helpful in making suggestions and recommendations in ways that improved the project. In regards to this project, as the customer, I felt like RBC went above and beyond, yet I'm sure you see it as de rigueur. I thank you for the clear and concise communication between me and my sister in the coordination and conduct of the work, You made our input feel important; no matter how big or how small. I also commend you on how you readily answered questions, return calls, provided feedback, recommendations and meet with other contractors to coordinate the dependency work supporting the overall work product; and that the project overall was completed in such a timely manner. I want you to know that you (RBC), your subcontractor company (KNAM Construction Co.), et al (I wish I know their names), who came to my home to do work whose names I unfortunately do not know were described by my sister as...
