There was alot of rudeness from a large amount of staff there. Nursing were very pessimistic and negative speaking about her health needs/ concerns in front of her causing alot of uneasiness for her and family. Physically rough treatment of her helping transfer her from chair/ bed/ bathroom resulting in bruises. Ridiculous wait times when waiting with her light on to get help to the bathroom resulting in soiling herself. The medical DR/PA team were terrible with negativity and confusion and unable to communicate correctly. I removed her from there within a week. I could go on and on about the confusion and faulty care she received there.

After she was admitted, it seems that attention has been downgraded now that the paperwork is signed for her to live there. Now they say there's not enough staff for this or that and less attention is paid to our questions. We had high hopes at first. The care facilities are all around the same price so I may give it a little longer but will consider whether to switch.
