This school is by far the worst school I've ever attended. I enrolled to JCMS in the middle of 7th…read moregrade. That year I was bullied both emotionally and physically, and the principals never did anything to the person that did it. 8th grade year (current year) i was bullied mercilessly both emotionally and physically, AND sexually assaulted by the same girl. I went to the 8th grade principal and the actual principal, yet they protected the girl that did it. They changed my whole schedule around because they didn't want us interacting, which i get it. But the principal even admitted that she could've changed the girls team so we would have zero contact, but she was too lazy. I went to the SRO, yet they didn't do anything. The girl that did those things to me was being protected from me, but I never did anything to her. But because she's black and a girl they're not taking this seriously. My twin sister went through the same thing BY THE SAME GIRL, and even got a restraining order placed against that girl, yet they're still protecting her. Mind you, she's one of those kids that don't do any of their work and are always in trouble. Both my twin sister and I are amazing students, but both the principals still think she's a bright student, so they're protecting her. If you're thinking of enrolling your child or children there, I would recommend searching better schools, such as Chapman Middle school and even Fort Riley Middle school.​
