This would have been our first appointment with Telehealth which is billed through chenal family therapy, we got stood up by the doctor. We have reached out to chenal therapist with proof of this matter, they refuse to help us with our child's medication, they refuse to review our screen shots as proof as being stood up and yet they have billed us for the entire cancellation fee $250 and say it's their policy regardless of whoever cancels, this clinic has no regards for anyone's or children's mental health.

I missed one telehealth appt in 3 yrs and was charged $150. I attempted a waiver and it was denied with no explanation. My telehealth nurse was routinely late or missed appts but I wasn't reimbursed $150 ea time. I regret ever going here. AVOID.

She's amazing and this clinic doesn't deserve her. Unfortunately, that's where the compliments stop. As well as Maureen, I also saw Dr. Conley and Collin (for ADHD testing). Collin was extremely rude to me and straight up accused me of self diagnosing even after I explained to him I had been tested and diagnosed as a child and successfully treated, primarily with stimulants, for about 10 years. He tried to claim after testing that I didn't have ADHD, that I reported not having ADHD as a child during testing (my childhood was defined by my ADHD, I never would have reported otherwise), and that despite the panic attack his rudeness gave me during testing, that he believed his results were still valid and I didn't have ADHD. Again, all this despite extensive testing when I was a child and 10 years of medical treatment at multiple facilities in 3 different states (Arkansas, Florida, and Alabama) under several different doctors all of whom agreed with the ADHD diagnosis. Dr. Conley accused me of being a drug addict who couldn't distinguish reality when I told her I used medical cannabis for my migraines. She put me on Wellbutrin, a medication I had a very dangerous history of hallucinations with, and kept me on it even after I reported low level hallucinations. I was on it for 2 months and it hurt me badly. She told me that I had to take it to prove I was trustworthy enough for my stimulant medication and I later was told she had no intention of ever giving me stimulants (despite me stopping my cannabis treatment and my migraines returning to prove I wasn't an addict) and I was also told by Collin that she didn't even believe I had ADHD. At my last appointment, she lied about several of the things she had previously said and I had to bring a friend as a witness to that last appointment. Even my friend agreed that her behaviour and tone were extremely unprofessional and she has no business practising mental health.

My psychologist was very nice, however, their clinic is not. After returning from out of the country, I went to Urgent Care for illness. They were unable to find the exact illness but due to the foreign state and severity, I was given a note to stay at home until a set date. Chenal Therapy in their greatness deemed that a late cancellation fee (26 hour notice) was in order and that any waiver was denied. This is a scummy practice which prioritizes wealth over patient wellbeing. I do not blame the psychologist but the billing and facility management is in absolute disarray. Choose somewhere else if you prioritize your mental health. A formal complaint has been filed with the state board regarding the comments listed and personal complaints on ethics.
