Purchased a fridge week after Christmas. Compressor is out within 4 days. They "fixed " it and then returned it missing the back bottom panel. Then compressor went out again this last week. Tobey the manager messages me and promises she will take care of it. Turns out that's a lie. She wants 350-400 dollars now. This place is ghetto, please do not spend your hard earned money here. She also makes sure she blocks you immediately on Facebook and makes it where you can't review publicly, she's the worst!!!! read more

This place sold me a stove for $250 made me pay $311 just to bring it for it to be dirty and the lady was mad about the price she wanted to sell it for more and she didn't even clean it up and it's got paint crapped off of it she didn't clean it because she janky and lazy her daddy needs a new business or a new daughter I wouldn't recommend this low down sorry ass woman. Ive always bought my appliances from this store for the last 15y, and I've never had a problem. I purchased a washer dryer set last week and the lady who helped me, apparently it was her store, which I highly doubt, she was so very rude. I made the purchase, she taught me about high efficiency, she was FULL of SPUNK!, she gave off a lil bit of an attitude, but people have all different types of ways of communicating, I'm shy, she's full of ENERGY, (or whatever). Perfect... I waited till the next day of delivery and I got excited and wanted to know the type of units I purchased, so I could research them before they got delivered. Granted... I should had gotten that info when I purchased them but I didn't, so I called to see if I could get that info. I asked This Lady, what I had purchased and told her why I was asking. She told me, that "you purchased the high efficiency washer, because it was pretty even tho I spent so much time teaching you about it, remember? ".. doesn't sound like such a big deal but this lady was mocking me. Using "my voice" in a smart mouthed manner. I didn't find out the model or series of the unit until they arrived. I was going to give them my washer and dryer that I was replacing, that I had originally purchased from their store. I did want something pretty, I did say that I wanted a matching set, that looked nice and pretty. It's just extremely rude to mock your customers while your speaking to them. read more

I'm not sure how this place is still in business. They fix up these shitty appliances for them to work just long enough to get you past warranty then , they conveniently stop working. They'll tell you you're getting a 60 day warranty but you'll only get 30 . I purchased a fridge here and had it installed. Two months later it wasn't cooling well. Turns out it was damaged during delivery, but was as easy as a phone call and they dropped off a new one! Went in after my newer model washer went out after all the power surges and winter storms here in Oklahoma City. The owner helped me pick the right washer, which has been working better than my newer one ever did. Had an issue with it within the first 30 days and they picked it up and fixed it for me within the warranty period. Definitely have them deliver and install it to keep that warranty valid. read more

We won't be back. I went in to buy a fridge.the first time the lady working convinced me I didn't need a new one my old one just needed to be cleaned. After that didn't work we went back. Purchased a fridge. They claim free delivery but we were only givin a dolly to borrow. No big deal. This was a Friday about 445pm. We were to return the dolly Monday but she closes the shop early and my husband wasn't able to get off before 4pm. Today (Tuesday) about 9am shes blasting our names AND address all over fb claiming we stole her dolly?!? I messaged her several times to remove our personal info from social media. Very unprofessional. 2:30pm she has her dolly back but all of our personal information is floating around Facebook. I'm livid. I will not be back. We purchased a "new" out of box Samsung range with a few minor imperfections and a used Samsung refrigerator. We drove an hour to pick up these appliances on a Friday afternoon. When we arrive the ice maker does not work on the stove so she gives us another switch it out. The stove looks great. Load them up and bring them home. Install the fridge and range within 2 hours of leaving the stove. Turn everything on and it seems good to go. I turn the oven on to preheat so I can cook dinner and it will not heat above 175*. I'm immediately messaging the owner telling her something is not right. We troubleshoot over the phone and the oven will not heat. I call her on Monday morning and she tells us to bring the stove in and they will try to repair it. She will not allow us to return for a refund and will not come to the house to diagnose or repair. We were told it is brand new out of the box and we've gone over it and it works perfectly. It does not. read more
