I noticed what I thought were rodent droppings in my garage. They were larger than mouse droppings, so I called Country Boy Pest Control. Derek stopped by my house and looked at the droppings. He consulted with the owner of the company via video call and determined that the droppings were actually fly larvae. Not being a pest control expert, it would have been easy for Derek to talk me into a pest control service. Instead, Derek displayed honesty and excellent customer service.
