They were still here, just less of them. I called about a week later and they sent a second guy out who was fantastic. I'm not sure what he sprayed in all the corners and crevices, but within three days, the bugs were gone. It's been a week and I can still smell the great smell of pesticides so I know it's still working. It took two tries, but they finally got it. The second guy even told me the plan, a follow up in two weeks, without me having to ask. Exactly what I wanted. I'm glad I called them.

After repeatedly calling your office, my calls were continually sent to voicemail, and I only received automated text responses instead of speaking with a representative. When someone finally answered the phone, the young woman I spoke with was rude, unprofessional, refused to provide her name, and showed no interest in addressing my concerns or finding a resolution. Before I agreed to sign a contract, I was specifically promised that multiple large bags of topsoil (up to three) would be brought to my property to repair the dead areas of my lawn. That promise was an important factor in my decision to become a customer. Instead, only a small amount of topsoil was brought, and even that was not applied properly to the front yard. I am now being told that adding topsoil is the customer's responsibility, which directly contradicts what I was told before signing the agreement. In addition, the technician who visited my property and his colleague did not document or complete what they had promised. Because nothing was written down, I am now being told that the commitment is not binding. I have even been told that I need to provide video footage from my home's security cameras to prove what was promised. That should not be the customer's responsibility. I requested that a manager come to my property to review the concerns in person, discuss what was promised before the contract was signed, and inspect the condition of my lawn. Rather than working toward a solution, I experienced resistance, aggressive pushback, and a lack of accountability. This entire experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. I became a customer based on the promises that were made before I signed the contract, and I simply expect those promises to be honored. I respectfully request that management contact me, visit my property, review the original commitments made during the sales process, and resolve this matter promptly. I hope Total Pest Solutions will take this complaint seriously, improve its customer service, and honor the commitments that were made to its customers. What they wrote me " Good morning, Sir, I wanted to clarify the situation regarding the bag of topsoil. The bag your technician brought was purchased with his own money as a courtesy. Topsoil is not a product that we stock or provide as part of our lawn service. When topsoil is needed, we typically recommend that the homeowner purchase it from a local store such as Lowe's or Home Depot, and we are happy to spread it during our visit. In this case, your technician was simply trying to help by bringing one bag at his own expense. He also did not charge you an initial service fee for the lawn. We did not cause the damage to your lawn, but we have been doing our best to offer guidance and assistance to help improve the affected areas. If additional topsoil is needed, you are welcome to purchase it, and we can spread it during your service. However, we cannot require our technicians to purchase these materials themselves, as providing topsoil is not part of their responsibilities or our standard service. I apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding. And after phone call very disrespectful from young female"

After speaking with the office manager (she was great), she let us know that our area on Wednesdays. The first cut we had, was fine. It was expensive, but they stated it was because it was an overgrowth fee (double the price). We agreed and they cut our lawn. Downside of the first cut: We paid over $100 for them to spend 25 minutes at our property and to miss a few areas with the mower and miss a few spots with the weedeater. After this initial cut, we decided we wanted to bring them on for weekly lawn maintenance and agreed to the rate online. We did this on a Friday, so we expected our lawn to be cut the following week. On Wednesday PM when our lawn wasn't serviced, I called their line and the owner answered. He stated that typically our lawn would be serviced on Tuesday/Wednesday but moving forward we would be notified prior to service. He also stated that he would get to the lawn the next day (Thursday). Friday PM the lawn had still not been serviced so we called again and there was no answer, we left a message asking for a schedule and to ask if we would be charged an overgrowth fee since they haven't come out. Still waiting to hear back. We're okay if they don't want to service our lawn, but at least communicate that. Do not recommend.

Ordered a lawnmower; of course it was on back order and several delivery commitments were missed. When the mower was delivered; it was the incorrect model and had to be shipped back.When the correct mower finally arrived; it was triple shipped and it took countless calls and emails to correct the situation. My mower was fine for almost a year; then when pushing the power button; the blades would not engage. I was instructed by GreenWorks to take the mower to LKN Small Engine repair for a warranty repair which was completed; I picked the mower up in December. The mower sat for the winter and when I went to use in the spring; same issue. The warranty expired over the winter months and they did not care that a repair through their authorized service center was uneffective. They also claimed they had no record of a repair. LKN Small engine was able to provide me their documentation but Greenworks wouldn't help. LKN Small Engine also would not stand behind their repair. I would not recommend either company!
