Very fair bid and we hired him. Communicated very well as to their shifting schedule, which we were fine with; frankly we expected it due to the nature of the business. Two months after rescrewing, it began to rain. We noticed a leak. Sent Jeff pictures and he scheduled time to come out and look at it. He found the first problem (nothing to do with their work). He made the plan to come out the next day with the proper materials. When he began to look further, he found additional issues that have been there since my home was built. The leak was a blessing in disguise, as the roof didn't need anything major because it was caught now and not in several years when it would be major. The roof just needed Jeff to add a couple of pieces of metal to make everything fine. Jeff - Thank you for getting on this so quickly and taking care of us!!!

During the remodel, the quality of work reflects an unskilled DIY workmanship and had to have them come back and fix brand new plumbing and toilet that was told is good to go, which started leaking after install and said that's normal which it's not. Next item is we ordered new doors to be installed and some of the ones ordered were not the right size and had to wait for a new one. Secondly the top of our brand new holocore door was cut completely off so you can put your hand inside the door. Overall we are glad the project is done but I would not consider hiring this company again for future projects. The owner is a good guy but this experience has left me wishing the quality of work recieved reflected ​the cost of what we paid.

They were less than other bids we got from other companies for the exact same Owen Corning roof system (vents, ice shields, etc) and were more responsive, personal, and got it done faster. I see Chris around town both working and running errands and it feels good knowing that investing in small local businesses rather than some huge contractor with a bunch of different crews.

Luke came in, assessed the situation, and... worked his magic‼ He leveled the area around the house and driveway (which was one of the problems from the previous GC), put down fabric, then had gravel delivered and he spread it out. He even went beyond what we expected‼. And as a testimony to his quality of work, the next day after he had finished, we had a heavy rain. There was no ponding, and the water flowed away from the house. And still, months after he had finished (yes, it took me this long to write a review) and with still frequent rain, we are not sinking into the wet ground (like we used to) when we walk around the house A little note: prior to working with this company, we had tried to reach out to a few others. Some would not call back, others would ask questions as to why do we want things done this way. And others were just seriously overpriced.
