The third company jerked us around for 3 additional weeks before telling us they were too busy and gave us a baseless and wildly expensive "estimate" for next year. In contrast, Josie Blumenthal from Faltz came to our house twice to sketch the area, take dimensions and develop our design ideas. On the 2nd trip she took aerial photos with a drone and prepared a concept design based upon our ideas. At our third meeting, Ben Brown, Faltz Landscape Architect, who was mentoring Josie, joined the Team and proposed some new design concepts that we liked a lot. We signed a contract and within a week the Faltz crew was on site. The 3-man crew were experienced, polite and professional. Most of the time while the work was in progress, either Josie, Ben or both were on site, assuring the work was in conformance with the plan. At the end of every workday, the crew cleaned our yard and driveway. Three days later the work was complete. The final product far exceeded our expectations, and we are very happy with the entire Faltz Team, especially Ben and Josie. We felt that Faltz provided a superior product and good value. We'd highly recommend Faltz for your landscape needs.
