We really appreciated this and if one thing speaks to a parent more than anything when reaching out to daycare providers or nannies is that professional communication and understanding care goes along way anad can be seen through almost immediately. So I know she has been a challenge to staff but they have been patient, kind and understanding and she loves them. She asks every morning if we can go to daycare. Since attending her manners have improved, she is always singing a new song and has mastered her counting and ABC's. They have offered routine and stability and lots of fun for my wee one. It's nice to get the daily report everyday of what she did and pictures to see what she was doing. The teachers are also always willing to chat and share about her day at pick up time. It's a small program so you know she is getting good individual care and is not lost in the numbers of bigger programs. I love that there are only 2 rooms, and that they interact on special occasions and at the beginning and end of the day. I think getting to be with the "big kids" has been fun and provided a challenge to my daughter. When we arrive and leave, every kid not only knows my daughter but even me. That homey feel is exactly what we needed for our first care experience.

My child has been there for almost 2.5 yrs. the leaps and bounds within the first 6 months are amazing and after that even the things he randomly says are astounding. (Obviously taught by the ECEs or assistants) For socialization, quality of care, quality of food...even for our picky eater they usually adapt to him and serve him pasta with butter and herbs instead of sauce for instance... just shows that the people care about the kids. The staff is genuinely friendly and nurturing who care about the wellbeing of ALL the children. They are well educated in the background of early childhood development and offer a program that fosters learning in children from infant to preschool. As an elementary school educator myself, it was important to find a daycare for my children that would encourage them to develop to their fullest potential. I believe, It All Begins Here Daycare provides an excellent atmosphere for children to grow through balanced learning, creativity and play. The food is amazing and nutritious. Ms. Trezzi provides us with weekly schedules of meal plans and she has beautiful, clean industrial kitchen where all meals are prepared on site. My boys have never come home hungry and the Daycare always provides a daily record for each child on what they ate, when and how much. They also provide daily information on how much sleep kids had during nap time and when they went to the bathroom. The classroom E.C.E. always takes a minute to provide feedback at the end of the day upon pick-up as to how their day went, and the detailed activity board always shows the exciting activities and centres the children participated in that day. Another thing I love best about It All Begins Here Daycare is the central location, but yet it backs on to a quiet neighbourhood. The back yard where the children play is beautifully enclosed by nature- not a busy street or parking lot. Even better, on those days when it's too cold or rainy- It All Begins Here has an amazing indoor heated gym where the kids can run around in. The gym is bright from all the natural light that enters through the windows and filled with amazing gross-motor play equipment. All the other daycare centers I had seen did not meet the standards of this facility. As a new mother I was skeptical about where I was going to leave my children at 12 months when I went back to work. I went to see many other daycares before choosing this one. From the minute I walked into It All Begins Here Daycare, I knew I had found the right place. Ms. Bianca and her staff have always been caring and accommodating. Her teachers in the Infant and Toddler programs really take the time and effort to come up with creative activities for the kids. The daycare director is also very friendly, approachable and hands-on with the kids. As a parent, when you see your child excited each day to go to daycare and see her teachers and friends, that is all the proof that you need that the daycare is excellent. I can't tell you how lucky we are to have found a daycare so good right near our place and we have no reservations whatsoever in sending our second daughter there when my wife goes back to work.
