My parents love this butcher/meat processing store. They have been coming for year. They order from…read morethem several times a year. The meat is A1. My mom will call in an order and in a few days they drive down to Waxhaw and pick up their order. The shop gets busy on Saturday and has become very popular. The parking can get tight. You will find a line inside and no parking if you come on a Saturday. My parents have built a relationship with the owners and they are very friendly. You can tell they care about their customers and their product. We were missing some items from an order one time and they quickly fixed it. You don't have to place an order ahead of time. You can come and shop inside the store they have attached to the processing area. Be mindful of you want items close to a holiday because they can get busy. I remember during Super Bowl season they were out of wings.
