That's where Longbottom Meats come in. I ordered a few weeks in advance so that I could mitigate any problems that could arise. I was not disappointed at all. The steaks were just as ordered and the staff were very friendly. Everyone at the Christmas gathering were very complimentary toward the tenderness of the filets. No steak knife needed here as they were so tender it could be sliced with a fork and just melted in your mouth. This just reminds me of the importance of quality in our lives. It is a family owned Farmer's Market that features sustainable food products from local producers. Fresh milk, Butter, Cheese, Meats and Honey are available, as well as dry goods and spices. There was also a display case with baked goods, including cookies the size of plates.You can throw a rock and hit something Gluten Free - but they ask that you please don't throw rocks. The store is very neat, clean and streamlined to the point of being a bit sparse. Prices seemed reasonable with a few items being on the high side.There are some small tables with games for kids. Who doesn't love a quick game of Rock'em Sock'em Robots?!
