We used this company for a commercial project. The owner of the company is very friendly and…read morepromises a lot, but, unfortunately, does not deliver on the promised quality of work like other companies. He failed to properly install certain elements that were specified like weed prevention matting; thus we had tons of weeds come thru our beds. His response was to start spraying and to hire his company to take care of it - clearly a win for his company. He refused to go back and install what was specified. For all of our flower beds, we had other guys go back and install the matting. We also had to use our own maintenance team to clean up the area. Overall, a very poor experience.
