I called and she said since I hadn't called back she went ahead and made the switch. I said okay. Later I heard from the family member that she liked the flowers... and they sent me a pic of them. What she got and what I ordered were nothing alike. So so disappointed... called and asked for my money back and only got a call back that she was busy and never heard from again.

Elaine called me early morning to let me know that my order was received and that fresh flowers coming to shop at 1030 and that she will try to put arrangement together as quick as possible to make deadline for ceremony.
