There is a constant problem with plumbing and at times raw sewage is running into the parking lot and backing up into the apartments. The electricity is going out and there is no help to get it fixed. More than once the brick veneer to buildings have fallen off. The laundry is a constant mess with non-working equipment. The service is slow, if you call after closing there is no one to come to help. The equipment in the apartments is ancient, old HVAC systems, old refrigerators, old, rusted sinks, (I did not know a sink could rust). If I were not so old, I would try to move.

Then she refused to let me resign the lease because. Quote I had too many women coming to my apartment. When I asked her to explain how that went against any part of my lease she simply said that she didn't like it. I don't know if that stemmed from jealousy or discrimination but she even refused my deposit even after I cleaned the apartment better than the original status. It would be the perfect place if the manager found something to do that doesn't involve pestering her tenants over ridiculous reasons. The apartments are very outdated and are sprayed monthly for pests, but that doesn't stop the little roaches from constantly running around. If you can stand to have someone that acts more like a stepmother that hates you constantly getting in your business and can find an open apartment, then this place might be for you.

Very 1st wash washer started smoking. they ordered "new washer and dryers" arrived damaged, dirty, and dryer doesnt work. Still not been fixed for 3 weeks after several work orders put in. Then they came and fixed something we did not even request on top of our several requests to fix the dryer. Still no trash can, and dont even have a portal to access our bills after 3 WEEKS. I understand things take time, but how much time?!
