We have had people decline to offer a deal on several occasions, but have never been yelled at and told we couldn't purchase anything! Most of the time our offers are accepted, because the sellers are motivated to move their stock and bring in new stuff and want people to have a positive experience. I have never had an experience like this before, and hope others don't either. Their are so many wonderful stores snd proprietors out there. I couldn't in good consciousness recommend this one!

Apparently, each little area is rented by a separate seller, so their selection is varied & is gigantic. The women working the front counter were SO sweet, & honestly, retirement goals. They held our items for us while we shopped, & were super chatty while we checked out, we loved it. Overall, I'd say there's a wide range of pricing for items (likely due to the fact that they're sold by different people). There were definitely some things that I passed on due to the price, but others were super reasonable. Even if you're not looking for anything specific, this spot would absolutely make you leave with a new purchase! Antique shops, especially malls are a mix of interesting people who put their time and soul into creating and maintaining the treasure trove in their shops. For most, this a passion and not big business. I browse antique shops to find special things, immerse my senses in times past and enjoy a time-out from life's pressures. This mall is a continuing source for many wonderful things in my home and the first place I shop for gifts. I find that if I'm sincere and polite, people generally respond in kind. I found this place online and went in on a Friday afternoon. They were just opening so most of the jewelry was still in the vault. The owner, Ann, asked what I was looking for and I told her a vague idea. She went into the vault, pulled out a ring and said "Like this?". I kid you not, after looking at hundreds of rings, she got it right on the first try. There it was. Exactly what I wanted and under budget. I actually really wanted diamonds and sapphires but didn't mention that at first because it was hard to find. This ring had diamonds and sapphires! It's like she read my mind! Now, it seemed too good to be true so I put a few rings on hold and came back twice to see if she found anything else. Every time I went right back to that ring. She finally said I just had to face the fact that I finally found it. Everyone at the store was so nice and I had SO much fun talking antique jewelry and looking at their collections. It was THE BEST experience and I wish I could hang out there all the time. However, I would come home with more jewelry than my bank account would like. The best customer service. Fair pricing!
