They took a report on a form they have for stolen property along with taking a description of the items and my information. Have shot from 100 yard out to 750 yards with exceptional results. I just wish I would have discovered the benefit of custom built hunting rifles sooner I wouldn't have 14 Weatherby rifles in my gun safe now. In hunting the western States as I do a 400+ yard shot became the norm, and bullet placement became extremely critical and these rifles will put the bullet right where I want it. Killed an Elk in Utah this season 529 yards with 7PRC one shot no tracking. Sean builds excellent equipment.

We purchased a couch from them that we have taken care of very well, but it has started to fall apart. We are not hard on our furniture. Our kids do not stand or jump on it, we clean regularly, we don't sleep on it for hours at at time, and we never wear shoes in the house so shoes have never gotten near it. A couch should last longer than a few years without the piping breaking and poking through the material, the cushions not holding up at all, and other tears and pulls in the material. We called them multiple times about it. The customer service has been terrible every time. First they ask for pictures of the couch. We take the time to send the pics and never hear anything back. We call them back again later and they say they need to see our receipt. We tell them that we don't have it but ask if they have it on record. (The couch took months to arrive in the first place. They have to have a record of it). They tell us that they keep records but it would be "impossible" to find because they file it by month and year. So we tell them the month and year that we purchased it. They say that they will try and look it up and get back to us. We have never heard anything back from them. For that matter we never heard anything back from them when we were continually waiting for the couch to arrive. I honestly don't know why they wouldn't want to help us to be happy. We are the type that would definitely go back if the service is good and we would tell everyone. It's too bad because now we will tell everyone how bad it is. I would welcome a response to this and an actual solution to the issues we are having with the couch

Came here this past weekend out of the blue since I was in the area and had a little time to kill. Yelp has a $8 special for checking in which gets you an RC car rental and 45mins on their track. I seem to have gotten the lady by surprised as she seemed to have never seen the coupon before but she honored it and I was on my way. The track is pretty fun and you get to run your call how you want it so long and you stay on track going the correct way and not purposely hit other people. I had a pretty good time. The yelp coupon really sweetened the deal. The track got a little busy for a little bit, but it seems people are always coming on and off so it's hit and miss. Overall a fun time. Nice clean RC store with something for everyone.
