I went in here one day, ready and willing to spend my money. She took personal phone calls and overall gave off a rude demeanor within the first 3 minutes of me and my family being in there. She looked older and and had a grown child who came in and was fine talking to her the whole time I was in there they were talking about personal matters that should wait until no customers are in there. Even though she was older and looked capable of having proper training she still had not one ounce of costumer service hospitality in her. I liked everything in the store except her attitude. I tried checking out and the Apple Pay four times it didn't work the lady in the front was not apologetic about it she didn't really seem to even care or see if she could fix it or make it work and at that point I was over it. I went back in the next day to a much nicer lady who was more than happy to help me and knew how everything worked and if it didn't she knew how to help fix it, she was nice enough to sit there with me deciding what I wanted and didn't! I spent more that 300 HUNDRED DOLLARS that day, that was fine bc the customer service was great that day. I recommend it to family and friends and I just got messages that the lady in the front was nothing but rude also gives out racist vibes (doesn't surprise me). I hope this helps give the store a advice about the reality of their customer service. I have been around hospitality and customer service my whole life and not even horrible employees act like this she's nothing but entitled. Is PORTERVILLE get over yourself. Please.
