When we checked out, he threw our change at us instead of handing it to us respectfully. His attitude and behavior were unprofessional and upsetting. I understand employees may be stressed or trying to close on time, but customers should still be treated respectfully. I wanted to bring this to your attention because the experience was not okay.

To sum it up, miserable customer service, inflated prices, and an unorganized store. We won't be back, we'll head to the bookstore across the street and up a block where the staff is very nice, the books are organized, and the prices are reasonable--great prices even, on the clearance books by the door.
