Shera finally called me back and hung up after one ring. I called the store back and was told she had customers that walked in so she hung up on me to help them. Shera told me she went and picked up the flowers that had been delivered to my co-worker refunded me in full, and stated she did not want to deal with it. What kind of business practice is that??? The entire left side of the street had empty parking spaces. Then she was very pushy once we were inside. I wanted to have flowers delivered to our babysitter who lives in Pilot Rock. When I asked if they delivered out there she said "for a 20$ delivery charge" with a sharp tone. She said it's 34 miles round trip for them and what are they supposed to do if no one is home. I would assume leave them on the porch? But what do I know. She was very condescending. The poor girl who was trying to help me with the flowers was so nice. I feel bad that she has to work with someone so nasty. I ended up just saying that we'd come back. No way in hell am I going to give someone like that my business.
